(二)背景技术
热塑性塑料管材是当今应用最为广泛的管材品种，常用的PE管材、PP管材及PPR管材已广泛应用于家居装潢、工矿企业生产设施、市政工程设施等，热塑性塑料管材与金属材质的管材一样，应用时要根据安装管路的长短进行管材的切割，因此，用于热塑性塑料管材的剪刀装置是一种常用的配套工具。本实用新型的目的是提供一种切割效果好、操作便捷的管材剪刀装置。

本实用新型主要提供了一种切割效果好、操作便捷的管材剪刀装置，主要技术方案如下：
一种简易式塑性管材剪刀装置，由固定手柄、活动手柄、剪刀口、调节齿槽、调节滑片组成。所述固定手柄和活动手柄组合成整个剪刀件，活动手柄用一活动销固定在固定手柄前端的凸肩上，且活动手柄能以活动销为支点进行一定幅度的摆动。活动手柄的前端设有剪刀口，固定手柄的前端设有管材卡口，管材卡口为圆弧形结构。固定手柄和活动手柄的夹角内端还设有调节齿槽和调节滑片，调节齿槽通过一滑槽与固定手柄连接在一起，调节滑片用一活动销安装于活动手柄上，使用时可通过设于活动手柄上的调节滑片进行活动手柄摆幅大小的调节。
本实用新型所述的一种简易式塑性管材剪刀装置，整个装置结构简单，使用方便，在实际使用时可通过调节滑片根据所切割管材口径的大小方便地调整活动手柄的摆幅大小。

如附图1所示，本实用新型所述的一种简易式塑性管材剪刀装置，由固定手柄1、活动手柄2、剪刀口3、调节齿槽4、调节滑片5组成。所述固定手柄1和活动手柄2组合成整个剪刀件，活动手柄2用一活动销固定在固定手柄1前端的凸肩上，且活动手柄2能以活动销为支点进行一定幅度的摆动。活动手柄2的前端设有剪刀口3，固定手柄1的前端设有管材卡口，管材卡口为圆弧形结构。固定手柄1和活动手柄2的夹角内端还设有调节齿槽4和调节滑片5，调节齿槽4通过一滑槽与固定手柄1连接在一起，调节滑片5用一活动销安装于活动手柄2上，使用时可通过设于活动手柄2上的调节滑片5进行活动手柄摆幅大小的调节。
