背景技术
由于聚酯纤维工艺技术的不断进步，出现了不同用途的改性纤维，但是仍无法满足三维中空短纤维的卷曲工艺对设备冷卷曲、温度恒定的要求。
发明内容
为了满足该三维中空纤维的卷曲工艺要求，本实用新型提供一种容量三维中空卷曲机的卷曲箱，它结构相对简单，解决了工艺对设备方面--冷卷曲、温度恒定的要求。
本实用新型所采取的技术方案是：卷曲箱内固定卷曲刀和卷曲辊、；所述的卷曲刀内有四道冷却水循环管路和喷淋管，卷曲箱的侧板内有冷却棒；所述卷曲辊、的端面处设置隔绝层。
本实用新型结构简单，有效满足了冷卷曲、温度恒定的要求。

具体实施方式
如图1，2所示，卷曲箱2内固定卷曲刀1和卷曲辊7、8；所述的卷曲刀1内有四道冷却水循环管路4和喷淋管5，卷曲箱2的侧板3内有冷却棒6；所述卷曲辊7、8的端面处设置隔绝层9。
所述的卷曲辊7、8内有冷却水循环管路（图中未画出）。

1.一种大容量三维中空卷曲机的卷曲箱，其特征在于：卷曲箱（2）内固定卷曲刀（1）和卷曲辊（7、8）；所述的卷曲刀（1）内有四道冷却水循环管路（4）和喷淋管（5），卷曲箱（2）的侧板（3）内有冷却棒（6）；所述卷曲辊（7、8）的端面处设置隔绝层（9）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的大容量三维中空卷曲机的卷曲箱，其特征在于：所述的卷曲辊（7、8）内有冷却水循环管路。
