本实用新型涉及机械加工，主要是一种切削机上的除尘装置。 
背景技术
    切削机床在切削加工过程中会产生大量的切削碎屑，碎屑飘落在切削机床上和周围，清除麻烦，需要在加工完成后另外进行除尘操作，工作效率低。  
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种切削机上的除尘装置，其结构简单，设计除尘结构能在切削机床加工的过程中直接进行除尘操作，实用性强，工作效率高。 
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案是： 
一种切削机除尘装置，包括有切削机床，其特征在于：所述切削机床的两侧边上分别铰接连接有滑板，所述滑板的表面设有一层毛绒垫，所述滑板侧面的下端上铰接连接有支撑杆，所述切削机床的两侧面上分别开设有一定位孔，所述支撑杆的一端倾斜插入到定位孔内倾斜支撑所述的滑板；所述的切削机床上方设有锥形吸尘罩，锥形吸尘罩正对着切削机床的台面上，还包括有有吸风机，所述吸风机的吸风管从锥形吸尘罩的顶端穿过伸入到锥形吸尘罩内。
所述的毛绒垫粘附在滑板的表面上。 
本实用新型中当支撑杆倾斜支撑起滑板时，滑板整个呈倾斜结构，便于收集掉落的碎屑，碎屑粘附在毛绒垫上，不会掉落，当不加工操作时，可收起支撑杆，使滑板在切削机床的侧面呈竖直结构；另外吸风机的吸风管吸风吸取大部分的碎屑。 
另外本实用新型中滑板表面的毛绒垫是粘附的，可以根据需要拿下清洗。

参见图1，一种切削机除尘装置，包括有切削机床1，所述切削机床1的两侧边上分别铰接连接有滑板2，所述滑板2的表面设有一层毛绒垫3，所述滑板侧面的下端上铰接连接有支撑杆4，所述切削机床1的两侧面上分别开设有一定位孔5，所述支撑杆4的一端倾斜插入到定位孔5内倾斜支撑所述的滑板2；所述的切削机床1上方设有锥形吸尘罩6，锥形吸尘罩6正对着切削机床1的台面上，还包括有有吸风机7，所述吸风机7的吸风管8从锥形吸尘罩6的顶端穿过伸入到锥形吸尘罩6内。 
所述的毛绒垫3粘附在滑板的表面上6。

1.一种切削机上的除尘装置，包括有切削机床，其特征在于：所述切削机床的两侧边上分别铰接连接有滑板，所述滑板的表面设有一层毛绒垫，所述滑板侧面的下端上铰接连接有支撑杆，所述切削机床的两侧面上分别开设有一定位孔，所述支撑杆的一端倾斜插入到定位孔内倾斜支撑所述的滑板；所述的切削机床上方设有锥形吸尘罩，锥形吸尘罩正对着切削机床的台面上，还包括有有吸风机，所述吸风机的吸风管从锥形吸尘罩的顶端穿过伸入到锥形吸尘罩内。
