本实用新型涉及加工定位夹具，主要是一种阀杆头部可调节夹紧装置。
背景技术
现使用的阀杆头部多为圆柱状结构，但根据需要也有阀杆头部设计成矩形结构，但是在矩形结构的阀杆头部上开设安装孔则需要有相对的将阀杆头部夹紧的装置，而根据阀杆型号的不同，阀杆头部的夹紧装置有需要能调节的结构。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种阀杆头部可调节夹紧装置，其结构设计简单，利用气缸推动矩形夹板对阀杆的矩形头部进行夹紧，调节方便迅速，操作夹紧效果好。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
一种阀杆头部可调节夹紧装置，包括有底座，其特征在于：所述底座的一侧边缘开设有矩形口，矩形口内增设有一层垫板，所述底座的两侧分别设有气缸，两气缸的的活塞杆端部分别固定有矩形夹板，所述的两矩形夹板分别在矩形口的两侧。
所述矩形口两侧的两矩形夹板的相对侧面上分别设有一层橡胶垫。
本实用新型中设有矩形口是为了便于放置阀杆的矩形头部，垫板及橡胶垫都市为了避免夹紧阀杆的头部时磨损了阀杆的表面。
本实用新型的优点是：
本实用新型结构设计简单，利用气缸推动矩形夹板对阀杆的矩形头部进行夹紧，调节方便迅速，操作夹紧效果好。

参见图1，一种阀杆头部可调节夹紧装置，包括有底座1，所述底座1的一侧边缘开设有矩形口2，矩形口2内增设有一层垫板，所述底座1的两侧分别设有气缸3，两气缸3的的活塞杆端部分别固定有矩形夹板4，所述的两矩形夹板4分别在矩形口2的两侧。
所述矩形口2两侧的两矩形夹板4的相对侧面上分别设有一层橡胶垫5。
操作时，将阀杆矩形的头部伸入到底座1上矩形口2内，再启动矩形口2两侧的气缸3，两气缸3的活塞杆推动矩形夹板4相对移动夹紧矩形口2内的阀杆的矩形头部。

1.一种阀杆头部可调节夹紧装置，包括有底座，其特征在于：所述底座的一侧边缘开设有矩形口，矩形口内增设有一层垫板，所述底座的两侧分别设有气缸，两气缸的的活塞杆端部分别固定有矩形夹板，所述的两矩形夹板分别在矩形口的两侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阀杆头部可调节夹紧装置，其特征在于：所述矩形口两侧的两矩形夹板的相对侧面上分别设有一层橡胶垫。
