背景技术
在钢管冷拔制造中，大都采用平面式夹具，用力压紧后，很容易使得空心管头变形，使空心头变为实心扁头，对后序的钢管表面处理产生极大影响，处理液无法从空心管头流出，对钢管性能造成影响。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种既可以使得冷拔钢管冷拔头不易于变形，又能保证在后序处理时处理液能顺利流出冷拔钢管的冷拔头。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案是：一种冷拔钢管冷拔头夹具，包括左夹板和右夹板，所述左夹板上具有左夹持槽；右夹板上具有右夹持槽。
所述左夹持槽为圆弧槽，且左夹持槽上具有螺纹；所述右夹持槽也为圆弧槽，且右夹持槽上也具有螺纹。
所述左夹板上具有左燕尾状凸榫；所述右夹板上也具有右燕尾状凸榫。
采用上述结构后，由于所述左夹板上具有左夹持槽；右夹板上具有右夹持槽，在夹持使用时，冷拔钢管冷拔头不易于变形，而且在后序处理时，处理液能顺利的流出冷拔头，不会影响钢管性能。

如图1～3所示，本实用新型的一种冷拔钢管冷拔头夹具，包括左夹板1和右夹板2，其创新点在于：所述左夹板1上具有左夹持槽3；右夹板2上具有右夹持槽4。
所述左夹持槽3为圆弧槽，且左夹持槽3上具有螺纹3-1；所述右夹持槽4也为圆弧槽，且右夹持槽4上也具有螺纹4-1。夹持牢固。
所述左夹板1上具有左燕尾状凸榫1-1；所述右夹板2上也具有右燕尾状凸榫2-1，方便与热处理设备进行连接。
