一种多点位夹紧简易焊接夹具，包括夹具主体，夹具主体上设有一对相互平行的上夹具边、下夹具边，上夹具边设有一组间隔设置的螺纹孔，螺纹孔内设有夹紧螺杆，其中夹具主体、上夹具边和下夹具边上均设有固定孔。本实用新型多点位夹紧简易焊接夹具的特点是该夹具体有多个夹紧位置，一方面可通过多点位夹紧确保焊件位置不变及防止焊接变形；另一方面可根据装配及焊接情况，随时调整夹紧点，最大限度减少焊接变形。该实用新型结构简单，制造容易，使用方便。

本实用新型涉及一种夹具，尤其是一种多点位夹紧简易焊接夹具。 
背景技术
目前，焊件装配及焊接时，常采用夹具夹紧焊件来保证其相对位置，但是焊件在焊接时容易受热变形或因受力变形，因此需要增大固定面积或固定点来减小受力变形。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决上述现有技术的缺点，提供一种多点位夹紧简易焊接夹具，通过多点固定，防止焊件变形。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题采用的技术方案：这种多点位夹紧简易焊接夹具，包括夹具主体，夹具主体上设有一对相互平行的上夹具边、下夹具边，上夹具边设有一组间隔设置的螺纹孔，螺纹孔内设有夹紧螺杆，其中夹具主体、上夹具边和下夹具边上均设有固定孔。 
为了更进一步完善，其中夹紧螺杆的外端设有横向贯穿的通孔，通孔内穿插有手柄。这样便于拧动夹紧螺杆。 
其中下夹具边的内端面设有垫片。 
其中夹紧螺杆的内端设有压块。 
其中螺纹孔至少有三个。 
其中上夹具边和下夹具边的厚度由内至外逐渐变小。 
本实用新型有益的效果是：本实用新型多点位夹紧简易焊接夹具的特点是该夹具体有多个夹紧位置，一方面可通过多点位夹紧确保焊件位置不变及防止焊接变形；另一方面可根据装配及焊接情况，随时调整夹紧点，最大限度减少焊接变形。该结构简单，制造容易，使用方便。

1.一种多点位夹紧简易焊接夹具，包括夹具主体（1），其特征是：所述夹具主体（1）上设有一对相互平行的上夹具边（2）、下夹具边（3），上夹具边（2）设有一组间隔设置的螺纹孔（2-1），螺纹孔（2-1）内设有夹紧螺杆（4），所述夹具主体（1）、上夹具边（2）和下夹具边（3）上均设有固定孔（5）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多点位夹紧简易焊接夹具，其特征是：所述夹紧螺杆（4）的外端设有横向贯穿的通孔（4-1），通孔（4-1）内穿插有手柄（6）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多点位夹紧简易焊接夹具，其特征是：所述下夹具边（3）的内端面设有垫片（7）。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多点位夹紧简易焊接夹具，其特征是：所述夹紧螺杆（1）的内端设有压块（8）。
5.根据权利要求1所述的多点位夹紧简易焊接夹具，其特征是：所述螺纹孔（2-1）至少有三个。
6.根据权利要求1所述的多点位夹紧简易焊接夹具，其特征是：所述上夹具边（2）和下夹具边（3）的厚度由内至外逐渐变小。
