 本发明涉及人体脊柱内固定装置的技术领域,尤其是一种用于脊柱内固定的万向螺钉。
背景技术
目前用于脊柱内固定的万向螺钉,一般由钉头、球形环、涨紧环和自攻钉组成,四个零件装配成钉体,这种自攻钉一般为内六角板手装卸,内六角与设在钉头上端的内壁的孔壁,其不足是万向螺钉装配繁琐,且在装缷万向螺钉时涨紧环很容易被环切造成钉体分离,自攻钉与钉头也很容易产生松动,从而使钉体不易从病人身上取出,另外,取出万向螺钉用的内六角板手在使用时不易与内六角相匹配。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中不足,提供一种装配方便、操作简单、使用效果好的用于脊柱内固定的万向螺钉。
 本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种用于脊柱内固定的万向螺钉,包括钉头和自攻钉,其特征在于自攻钉上端过盈压入钉头下端的凹孔内完成装配,钉头上端开有阶梯孔,阶梯孔、凹孔和自攻钉的轴线相重合,阶梯孔与凹孔间由中间孔相连通,中间孔的直径小于阶梯孔和凹孔的直径,自攻钉上端呈球状,球头上端设有梅花凸台,梅花凸台穿过中间孔伸在阶梯孔内。
本实用新型所述的钉头中部两侧外壁分别设有棒孔,用于连接、固定棒,以用于脊柱内固定。
本实用新型使用时可以通过六角板手直接作用于自攻钉上,使装缷时不出现钉头与自攻钉松动现象,具有操作简单、装配方便,不会发生钉体松动现象,方便地将地从病人身上取出等优点。

如图所示:一种用于脊柱内固定的万向螺钉,包括钉头1和自攻钉2,自攻钉2上端的低温条件下过盈压入钉头1下端的凹孔内完成装配,钉头1上端开有阶梯孔,阶梯孔、凹孔和自攻钉2的轴线相重合,阶梯孔与凹孔间由中间孔相连通,中间孔的直径小于阶梯孔和凹孔的直径,自攻钉2上端呈球状,球头上端设有与板手相配合的梅花凸台3,梅花凸台3穿过中间孔伸在阶梯孔内,所述的钉头1中部两侧外壁分别设有棒孔,以用于脊柱内固定。
本实用新型使用时,可以通过六角板手直接作用于自攻钉上,使装缷时不出现钉头与自攻钉松动现象,具有操作简单、装配方便,不会发生钉体松动现象,方便地将地从病人身上取出等优点。
