技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电力控制柜，尤其涉及一种用于高低压开关或GIS高压开关上的户外智能控制柜。
背景技术
高低压开关柜或GIS高压开关柜大都安装于户外，故其使用寿命受强度、耐腐蚀性、隔热性以及玻璃窗的防爆性等影响显著。目前常用的柜体通常采用普通钢板制作框架，强度差，载重低，易发生变形弯曲；而柜壁采用冷轧钢板加工，严密性差，强度及防水等级低，在室外环境下极易发生氧化腐蚀，且其隔热性能差，不利于维持内部设备运行的常温环境；而玻璃窗通常采用普通玻璃，在温差变化大或遭受外界冲击时容易发生爆裂，存在较大的安全隐患；受上述设计缺陷影响，导致目前的高低压开关柜或GIS高压开关柜使用寿命较短，在电力系统中的应用效果不尽人意。
发明内容
为克服上述技术问题，本实用新型提供了一种高强度，载重性高，使用寿命长，隔热性好，能耗低，安全性高，在电力系统应用效果优良的户外智能控制柜。
为实现上述技术目的，本实用新型采用以下方案：一种户外智能控制柜，包括柜体及内部的智能电力设施，其特征在于：所述柜体的框架采用铝型材拼接而成，柜体的侧壁及柜门采用双层钢板结构，两层钢板之间加设保温棉；所述的柜门上设有玻璃窗，玻璃窗上安装钢化玻璃，且钢化玻璃表面贴覆防爆隔热膜；所述的柜体顶部安装有强制散热装置。
本实用新型具有以下有益效果：其采用铝型材来制作框架，一方面提高了框架的强度，另一方面降低了框架的加工难度；其侧壁及柜门采用双层结构，保证了壁部的强度及使用寿命，同时由于夹层内设有保温棉，进而具有优良的隔热性，避免了柜体吸收太阳能而使柜体内温度过高的不足；其玻璃窗采用钢化玻璃，且贴覆防爆隔热膜，提高了玻璃窗的强度及安全性，减少了太阳能暴晒对设备造成的危害。本实用新型强度高，隔热性好，防水性及安全性优良，使用寿命较长，在电力系统中应用可起到优异的效果，故具有显著的实用性。

参看图1、2、3所示，一种户外智能控制柜，包括柜体4及内部的智能电力设施，所述柜体4的框架2采用铝型材拼接而成，柜体4的侧壁1及柜门3采用双层钢板9结构，两层钢板9之间加设保温棉10；所述的柜门3上设有玻璃窗6，玻璃窗6上安装钢化玻璃8，且钢化玻璃8表面贴覆防爆隔热膜7；所述的柜体4顶部安装有强制散热装置5。
