本实用新型涉及电缆防护装置领域,特别涉及一种电缆管密封护套。 
背景技术
目前变电站内的户外断路器至机构箱电缆管的连接部位一般采用普通的酸性玻璃胶密封,经过多年外界环境的冷暖风雪等侵蚀,老化严重,造成连接部位密封失效。下雨天雨水顺连接处进入机构箱内,直接沿导线流向端子排,非常容易造成短路;同时进入机构箱内的雨水很难散出去,受阳光直射等原因箱内温度增高会造成潮气在机构箱内弥漫,使设备绝缘下降,机械传动部分锈蚀卡涩。以上这些情况对该断路器来说是严重的缺陷,对安全生产是重大的隐患,对电网健康运行是致命的威胁,必须加以改进来消除缺陷、排除隐患、解除影响电网安全健康运行的威胁。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种电缆管密封护套,克服现有技术的不足,结构简单、容易制作安装、密封效果好,不因年久老化而丧失功能。 
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案是: 
一种电缆管密封护套,包括护套本体、合围板和螺栓;护套本体为薄壁胶套,沿一侧设有母线开口;护套本体开口处两侧分别设有合围板一和合围板二,合围板一和合围板二通过螺栓相连接;所述合围板一所在侧护套本体开口边缘与合围板一距离为10-15mm。 
所述护套本体厚3-5mm。 
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:结构简单,容易制造,方便实用,对户外断路器与机构箱电缆管的连接部位有很好的密封作用,防水性能好,采用耐火优质橡胶,不会老化失效,保证机构箱内干燥的环境运行,满足机构箱内部的绝缘要求。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步说明: 
见图1、图2,是本实用新型一种电缆管密封护套的结构示意图,包括护套本体1、合围板一2、合围板二4和螺栓3;护套本体1为薄壁胶套,沿一侧设有母线开口;护套本体1开口处两侧分别设有合围板一2和合围板二4,合围板一2和合围板二4通过螺栓3相连接;合围板一2所在侧护套本体1开口边缘与合围板一2距离为10-15mm。护套本体1厚3-5mm。护套本体1采用优质橡胶,按电缆管不同直径实际尺寸配套开模制造。 
见图3,本实用新型设置在电缆管5和机构箱6连接处,装配时不用改动原有的结构,只是取与电缆管5相应规格的护套7,包裹住电缆管5和原有的接头部分,在电缆管5和机构箱6连接部位以及护套本体1搭缝处涂抹适量的环境适应能力强、抗老化性能好的硅酮中性密封胶8后,用螺栓将护套闭合,即可达到整体的密封防水效果。

1.一种电缆管密封护套,其特征在于,包括护套本体、合围板和螺栓;护套本体为薄壁胶套,沿一侧设有母线开口;护套本体开口处两侧分别设有合围板一和合围板二,合围板一和合围板二通过螺栓相连接;所述合围板一所在侧护套本体开口边缘与合围板一距离为10-15mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电缆管密封护套,其特征在于,所述护套本体厚3-5mm。
