本实用新型涉及一种烘烤系统。 
背景技术
现有烘烤系统，比如烤烟烘烤系统，需要使热气在系统内循环，还需要排出烘烤系统内的湿气。现有的烘烤系统不能够很好地在热气循环和排出湿气之间进行切换，结构复杂，操作不方便。 
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提出一种烘烤系统，结构简单，可以方便地在热气循环和排出湿气之间进行切换。其技术方案为： 
一种烘烤系统，包括烤房，所述烤房顶部设置有热风循环兼排湿装置，与所述热风循环兼排湿装置连接有第一管道和第二管道，所述第一管道和第二管道连接烤房内部，所述热风循环兼排湿装置包括箱体、设置在所述箱体侧壁的百叶窗、设置在箱体内的风机以及设置在所述第二管道与箱体连接处的阀门，所述百叶窗包括可旋转的叶片。需要排出湿气时候，就将阀门关闭，风机将烤房内的湿气从第一管道抽进热风循环兼排湿装置，再从百叶窗流出；需要热气循环时候，就打开阀门，风机将烤房内的湿气从第一管道抽进热风循环兼排湿装置，再从第二管道流向烤房，此时热风循环兼排湿装置为负压，百叶窗会因为大气压力而旋转关闭，使气体不能从百叶窗流出。
进一步，所述阀门为电动阀，所述电动阀连接有智能控制器，所述智能控制器连接有温度传感器和湿度传感器，所述智能控制器根据所述温度传感器和湿度传感器反馈的信号开启或者关闭所述电动阀。这样的设计，可以使得系统自动在排出湿气和热气循环之间切换。 
进一步，所述第一管道为PVC管，所述第二管道为布制管道。PVC管和布制管道结构简单，制造方便。

一种烘烤系统，包括烤房6，所述烤房6顶部设置有热风循环兼排湿装置1，与所述热风循环兼排湿装置1连接有第一管道4和第二管道5，所述第一管道4和第二管道5连接烤房6内部，所述热风循环兼排湿装置1包括箱体、设置在所述箱体侧壁的百叶窗10、设置在箱体内的风机2以及设置在所述第二管道5与箱体连接处的阀门，所述百叶窗9包括可旋转的叶片。所述阀门为电动阀3，所述所述电动阀3连接有智能控制器9，所述智能控制器9连接有温度传感器7和湿度传感器8，所述智能控制器9根据所述温度传感器7和湿度传感器8反馈的信号开启或者关闭所述电动阀3。所述第一管道4为PVC管，所述第二管道5为布制管道。

1.一种烘烤系统，包括烤房，其特征在于：所述烤房顶部设置有热风循环兼排湿装置，所述热风循环兼排湿装置连接有第一管道和第二管道，所述第一管道和第二管道连接烤房内部，所述热风循环兼排湿装置包括箱体、设置在所述箱体侧壁的百叶窗、设置在箱体内的风机以及设置在所述第二管道与箱体连接处的阀门，所述百叶窗包括可旋转的叶片；所述阀门为电动阀，所述电动阀连接有智能控制器，所述智能控制器连接有温度传感器和湿度传感器，所述智能控制器根据所述温度传感器和湿度传感器反馈的信号开启或者关闭所述电动阀。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种烘烤系统，其特征在于：所述第一管道为PVC管，所述第二管道为布制管道。
