Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种包皮环线切割缝合器的钉板,涉及一种医疗器械。该钉板包括环形板,环形板的一端面上设置有多个钉槽,钉槽在环形板圆周方向上斜向排列设置。本实用新型斜向排列设置的多个钉槽保证了缝合钉在钉合时交错排列呈环形;在手术时与其配合的推钉块从上方推钉,缝合钉穿过皮肤组织后顶住钉槽,压弯后交错的缝合钉几乎封闭了所有血管,避免血管漏钉的可能,使得术中及术后出血或血肿的概率大大降低。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种医疗器械,尤其是涉及一种在一次性包皮环线切割缝合器上使用的钉板。
背景技术
包皮过长或包茎是男性常见的生殖问题。随着人们生活水平和健康意识的不断提高,对自身生殖健康提出了更高的要求。包皮过长容易藏污纳垢,导致龟头包皮炎症,影响正常的夫妻生活,并且增加性伴患宫颈炎症及宫颈癌的机会。包皮切除手术是治疗包皮过长和包茎的有效方法。
目前包皮过长通常采用常规包皮环切术和切割缝合器的方法。常规包皮环切术采用手工切割缝合,使得包皮切口不平整,术中出血较多,手术时间长。现有的切割缝合器虽然有着切口平整、手术时间短、操作简便的特点,但仍然存在一定的缺陷。现有的切割缝合器的技术均采用和包皮切缘平行排列的缝合钉,钉和钉之间留有空隙,使得术中或术后的出血、血肿发生的概率较高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种避免钉与钉之间的空隙,斜向设置用于顶弯缝合钉定型的钉板。
本实用新型采用以下技术方案: 包皮环线切割缝合器的钉板,其特征在于:包括环形板,环形板的一端面上设置有多个钉槽,钉槽在环形板圆周方向上斜向排列设置。
作为一种改进,钉槽在环形板圆周方向上首尾相接斜向均匀排列设置。
作为一种改进,钉槽的宽度方向与穿过钉槽截面中心的环形板半径线具有夹角,夹角的大小为10°-25°。
作为一种改进,钉槽具有两个凹弧面和位于两个凹弧面之间的凸面,凸面低于环形板的表面。
作为一种改进,环形板的下表面设置有四个定位槽,四个定位槽在圆周方向上均匀分布,其中一个定位槽与另外三个定位槽规格不同。
作为一种改进,还包括有与钉槽配合使用的缝合钉,缝合钉包括钉架、钉体和垫片,钉体的数量为两个,分设在钉架的两侧,钉体和钉架一体设置,垫片套设在两个钉体之间。
本实用新型的有益效果:斜向排列设置的多个钉槽保证了缝合钉在钉合时交错排列呈环形,相邻的缝合钉之间在钉板半径方向上有重叠,空隙接近封闭;在手术时与其配合的推钉块从上方推钉,缝合钉穿过皮肤组织后顶住钉槽,压弯后交错的缝合钉几乎封闭了所有血管,避免血管漏钉的可能,使得术中及术后出血及血肿的概率大大降低。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施例做详细说明。
如图1、2、3、4所示,为本实用新型包皮环线切割缝合器的钉板的一种具体实施例。该实施例包括环形板1,环形板1的一端面上设置有多个钉槽2,钉槽2在环形板1圆周方向上首尾相接斜向均匀排列设置。本实用新型首尾相接斜向均匀排列设置的多个钉槽2保证了缝合钉3在钉合时交错排列呈环形,相邻的缝合钉3之间在钉板半径方向上有重叠,空隙接近封闭,在手术时与其配合的推钉块从上方推钉,缝合钉3穿过皮肤组织后顶住钉槽2,压弯后交错的缝合钉3几乎封闭了所有血管,避免血管漏钉的可能,使得术中及术后出血及血肿的概率大大降低。
作为一种改进的具体实施方式,钉槽2的宽度方向与穿过钉槽2截面中心的环形板1半径线具有夹角,夹角的大小为10°-25°。钉槽2在环形板1上的排列角度,对缝合钉3钉入皮肤组织后的缝合效果至关重要,采用10°-25°的夹角,使缝合钉3封闭血管的效果达到最佳。
作为一种改进的具体实施方式,钉槽2具有两个凹弧面21和位于两个凹弧面21之间的凸面22,凸面22低于环形板1的表面。缝合钉3从钉仓送出,缝合钉3两侧的钉体32穿过皮肤组织接触钉槽2的两侧,上部的继续施压使缝合钉3的钉体32变形,钉体32由外侧向凹弧面21方向变形,到达凹弧面21底部后继续向凸面22方向回弯变形,缝合钉3在皮肤组织上钉牢;凸面22低于环形板1的表面,留出空间保证回弯的缝合钉3不会损伤到上方的皮肤组织。
作为一种改进的具体实施方式,环形板1的下表面设置有四个定位槽4,四个定位槽4在圆周方向上均匀分布,其中一个定位槽4与另外三个定位槽4规格不同。钉板通过定位槽4设置在套置龟头的内筒上,准确定位且结构稳定牢固;一个定位槽4与另外三个定位槽4规格不同与相应的配合件相适应,规格不同的定位槽4仅可与之匹配的零件配合安装,保证零件之间以设定的相对位置进行配合安装。
作为一种改进的具体实施方式,还包括有与钉槽2配合使用的缝合钉3,缝合钉3包括钉架31、钉体32和垫片33,钉体32的数量为两个,分设在钉架31的两侧,钉体32和钉架31一体设置,垫片33套设在两个钉体32之间。缝合钉3的长宽与钉槽2的长宽相匹配,在缝合钉3上设置垫片33,垫片33套设在两个钉体32之间,垫片33被良好的限位,可随缝合钉3在切割缝合器中被推送,缝合钉3钉入皮肤组织,垫片33有效隔离开缝合钉3和皮肤,保证缝合钉3不会陷入皮肤组织,从而避免术后对皮肤的损伤和留下疤痕,便于术后脱钉。

1.包皮环线切割缝合器的钉板,其特征在于:包括环形板(1),所述环形板(1)的一端面上设置有多个钉槽(2),所述钉槽(2)在环形板(1)圆周方向上斜向排列设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的包皮环线切割缝合器的钉板,其特征在于:所述钉槽(2)在环形板(1)圆周方向上首尾相接斜向均匀排列设置。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的包皮环线切割缝合器的钉板,其特征在于:所述钉槽(2)的宽度方向与穿过钉槽(2)截面中心的环形板(1)半径线具有夹角,夹角的大小为10°-25°。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的包皮环线切割缝合器的钉板,其特征在于:所述钉槽(2)具有两个凹弧面(21)和位于两个凹弧面(21)之间的凸面(22),所述凸面(22)低于环形板(1)的表面。
5.根据权利要求3所述的包皮环线切割缝合器的钉板,其特征在于:所述钉槽(2)具有两个凹弧面(21)和位于两个凹弧面(21)之间的凸面(22),所述凸面(22)低于环形板(1)的表面。
6.根据权利要求4所述的包皮环线切割缝合器的钉板,其特征在于:所述环形板(1)的下表面设置有四个定位槽(4),所述四个定位槽(4)在圆周方向上均匀分布,其中一个定位槽(4)与另外三个定位槽(4)规格不同。
7.根据权利要求5所述的包皮环线切割缝合器的钉板,其特征在于:所述环形板(1)的下表面设置有四个定位槽(4),所述四个定位槽(4)在圆周方向上均匀分布,其中一个定位槽(4)与另外三个定位槽(4)规格不同。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的包皮环线切割缝合器的钉板,其特征在于:还包括有与钉槽(2)配合使用的缝合钉(3),所述缝合钉(3)包括钉架(31)、钉体(32)和垫片(33),所述钉体(32)的数量为两个,分设在钉架(31)的两侧,钉体(32)和钉架(31)一体设置,所述垫片(33)套设在两个钉体(32)之间。
9.根据权利要求3所述的包皮环线切割缝合器的钉板,其特征在于:还包括有与钉槽(2)配合使用的缝合钉(3),所述缝合钉(3)包括钉架(31)、钉体(32)和垫片(33),所述钉体(32)的数量为两个,分设在钉架(31)的两侧,钉体(32)和钉架(31)一体设置,所述垫片(33)套设在两个钉体(32)之间。
10.根据权利要求4所述的包皮环线切割缝合器的钉板,其特征在于:还包括有与钉槽(2)配合使用的缝合钉(3),所述缝合钉(3)包括钉架(31)、钉体(32)和垫片(33),所述钉体(32)的数量为两个,分设在钉架(31)的两侧,钉体(32)和钉架(31)一体设置,所述垫片(33)套设在两个钉体(32)之间。
