本实用新型涉及钢球加工领域，具体的说是钢球外观检测装置。
背景技术
钢球广泛应用于轴承、五金、电子、铁艺、机械设备、电力、矿山、冶金等领域，其制作工艺包括冲压、光磨、淬火、硬磨、外观、精研、清洗、防锈、品包装，钢球外观检测装置在一块平板上设置数个上孔径大、下孔径小的锥形孔，检测时，将钢球置于相应的锥形孔内，通过沾油的毛笔拨动钢球，在显微镜下检测钢球表面是否有瑕疵，然而在实际使用中，毛笔不容易拨动钢球使其转换角度，以便全方位的检测钢球表面，因此检测工作效率低。

本实用新型的目的在于，针对现有技术钢球外观检测不容易拨动钢球的不足，提供钢球外观检测装置。为了达到上述目的，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：本实用新型包括钢球检测平台(1)、转向棒(2)，所述钢球检测平台(1)表面开有容置孔(10)，容置孔(10)下端开口处设有通槽（11）；所述转向棒（2）表面有凸起（20）。
优选的，所述转向棒（2）表面的凸起（20）可选取橡胶材料。
本实用新型的有益效果：本实用新型利用转向棒转动时其表面的凸起与钢球之间的摩擦带动钢球在容置孔内运动，实现简单转动钢球。
