本实用新型涉及一种简易工作台起吊装置，属于起吊设备技术领域。
背景技术
带T型槽结构的工作台由于本身结构较大，其表面没有吊装的设施，只有T型槽，故而，一般起重设备起吊时由于吊装设备不适用于工作台结构，其起吊困难，给操作者带来很大的困难，工作效率较低。
发明内容
为了克服上述工作台起吊困难的不足，本实用新型提供了一种简易工作台起吊装置，该简易工作台起吊装置能很容易的连接工作台，起吊方便。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：简易工作台起吊装置结构为：吊座为半圆形的板体，其中间设有吊孔，吊座的下端为矩形体，矩形体的两侧分别设有突出吊座本体的T型板，在纵向T型板的中间吊孔对称两侧分别设有螺孔，螺孔内设有螺纹，螺纹内安有紧固螺栓，紧固螺栓的顶端设有螺栓手柄孔，螺栓手柄孔内安有两头带限位的移动手柄。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本装置特别适用总装横梁已装配的工作台起吊、合研；还可用于其他带T型槽结构零、部件的起吊、合研，具有结构简单，操作方便，可靠性高等优点，实用性很强。本专利隶属于国家科技重大专项课题2010ZX04001-031。

具体实施方式
如图1-图2所示，简易工作台起吊装置结构为：吊座6为半圆形的板体，其中间设有吊孔5，吊座6的下端为矩形体，矩形体的两侧分别设有突出吊座6本体的T型板1，在纵向T型板1的中间吊孔5对称两侧分别设有螺孔，螺孔内设有螺纹，螺纹内安有紧固螺栓4，紧固螺栓4的顶端设有螺栓手柄孔3，螺栓手柄孔3内安有两头带限位的移动手柄2。
使用时，将吊座6下端的T型板1插入到工作台上的倒T型槽内，由移动手柄2旋转紧固螺栓4，将吊座6固定在工作台的T型槽内，另一端同样固定吊座6，钢丝绳穿入吊孔5内，即可起吊。

1.一种简易工作台起吊装置，其特征是：吊座（6）为半圆形的板体，其中间设有吊孔（5），吊座（6）的下端为矩形体，矩形体的两侧分别设有突出吊座（6）本体的T型板（10），在纵向T型板（1）的中间吊孔（5）对称两侧分别设有螺孔，螺孔内设有螺纹，螺纹内安有紧固螺栓（4），紧固螺栓（4）的顶端设有螺栓手柄孔（3），螺栓手柄孔（3）内安有两头带限位的移动手柄（2）。
