本实用新型公开了一种变电站10kV开关柜电缆头红外射线测温系统,包括红外射线测温装置、控制电脑、现场扬声器、远程监控显示屏和报警装置,红外射线测温装置设置在变电站10kV开关柜后门上,红外射线测温装置对准开关柜内部的电缆接头处,红外射线测温装置的输出端通过数据线与控制电脑的输入端相连接,控制电脑的输出端分别与现场扬声器和远程监控显示屏相连接,远程监控显示屏与报警装置相连接。当测到温度超过设定值时,控制电脑会向远方监控人员发送监控信息以及告警信号,同时启动现场扬声器提醒到站巡视人员,做到把隐患消除在发展阶段,可以实现远方监视的目的,大大节省了现场巡视的时间,提高了劳动效率。

技术领域: 
本实用新型涉及一种测温装置,特别是涉及一种变电站10kV开关柜电缆头红外射线测温系统,适用于所有变电站及配电房装有的10kV开关柜设备的场所,可用于检测出多种电流致热故障。
背景技术: 
随着电子技术的飞速发展,数字化及智能化变电站已成为主流,电力系统三集五大的推进,人员业务均进行重新整合,变电运维班工作量增大,人员减少,在高峰负荷时或迎峰渡夏时,运维班主要的工作就是对设备的巡视测温,及时发现发热点,把隐患消除在发展初期,由于接入变电站的10kV分路都为电缆接入,随着用电负荷的增加、由电缆头发热引起的事故逐年增多,特别是10kV开关柜电缆接头处,成为发热的重灾区,由于10kV开关柜后盖密封,一般的红外测温仪无法穿透进行测量,有的设有发热孔,但仍无法准确测量电缆头温度,曾经发生过几次由于电缆头发热引起的10kV开关柜起火事故,造成了巨大损失。
实用新型内容: 
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种变电站10kV开关柜电缆头红外射线测温系统,替代人工完成不间断监控电缆温度的目的,并在超出正常范围值时可以及时报警通知现场人员或远程监控人员。
本实用新型为解决技术问题所采取的技术方案是: 
一种变电站10kV开关柜电缆头红外射线测温系统,包括红外射线测温装置,还包括控制电脑、现场扬声器、远程监控显示屏和报警装置,所述红外射线测温装置设置在变电站10kV开关柜后门上,红外射线测温装置对准开关柜内部的电缆接头处,所述红外射线测温装置的输出端通过数据线与控制电脑的输入端相连接,所述控制电脑的输出端分别与现场扬声器和远程监控显示屏相连接,所述远程监控显示屏与报警装置相连接。
所述红外射线测温装置的红外温感温度范围为-30℃~900℃,红外温感有效范围及距离为72mm/3m,红外温感告警范围值为50℃~100℃。 
所述红外射线测温装置的主要性能指标如下:  IR测温量程,D:S,-30~220℃; 
分辨率,50:1;  精确度,0.1℉,<1000,1℉,>1000;                 环境操作温度:0~55℃; 
响应时间,100ms; 
光谱响应,8~14um;
发射率,可调整分辨率从0.10~1.0之间变化;
上述红外射线测温装置为现有技术,市场上有售。
本实用新型的积极有益效果如下: 
1、本实用新型的各个配件符合《电力系统能能化变电站标准》中所规定的各种遥测遥信标准,红外射线测温装置与电缆接头之间的距离远远超出安全距离,能保证安全可靠地进行检测。适用测量范围:可用于检测出多种电流致热故障,如:设备接线柱、接线板、夹件等引线接头接触面积小或有氧化物覆盖而接触不良导致的电流流过电阻产生损耗发热,隔离开关、断路器的动静触头分合不到位造成接触电阻增大而发热等,以及绝缘子发热等电压致热故障,适用于所有变电站及配电房装有的10kV开关柜设备的场所使用。
2、本实用新型通过在10kV开关柜后门装设扁平形状的红外射线测温装置,红外线对准电缆头与开关连接处,同时将红外射线测温装置测到的数据及时传输至控制电脑上,当测到温度超过设定值时,控制电脑会向远方监控人员发送监控信息以及告警信号,同时启动现场扬声器提醒到站巡视人员,做到把隐患消除在发展阶段,防止10kV开关柜起火爆炸。 
3、本实用新型可以实现远方监视的目的,大大节省了现场巡视的时间,提高了劳动效率。

1.一种变电站10kV开关柜电缆头红外射线测温系统,包括红外射线测温装置(2),其特征在于:还包括控制电脑(3)、现场扬声器(4)、远程监控显示屏(5)和报警装置(6),所述红外射线测温装置(2)设置在变电站10kV开关柜后门上,红外射线测温装置(2)对准开关柜内部的电缆接头处(1),所述红外射线测温装置(2)的输出端通过数据线与控制电脑(3)的输入端相连接,所述控制电脑(3)的输出端分别与现场扬声器(4)和远程监控显示屏(5)相连接,所述远程监控显示屏(5)与报警装置(6)相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的变电站10kV开关柜电缆头红外射线测温系统,其特征在于:所述红外射线测温装置(2)的红外温感温度范围为-30℃~900℃,红外温感有效范围及距离为72mm/3m,红外温感告警范围值为50℃~100℃。
