电气设备的温度监测装置,属于电气设备监测领域,本实用新型为解决现有电气设备的温度监测不足以保证生产安全的问题。本实用新型包括单片机、存储器、外部命令输入电路、m个热电偶和m个红外热像仪,在电气设备的每个发热点的内部安装一个热电偶,在电气设备的每个发热点的外部安装一个红外热像仪,每个热电偶采集的电气设备内部温度信号都通过数据总线发送给单片机;每个红外热像仪的电气设备外部温度信号都通过数据总线发送给单片机;外部命令输入电路的温度阈值设置指令输出端与单片机的温度阈值设置指令输入端相连;单片机的存储传输端与存储器的存储传输端相连。本实用新型用于电气设备的温度监控。

电气设备的温度监测装置
技术领域
本实用新型涉及电气设备的温度监测装置,属于电气设备监测领域。
背景技术
为保障电力设备的安全生产和提高设备运行的可靠性,需要对设备的过热部位进行温度在线监测,做到温度越限报警。据不完全统计,目前国内的众多发电公司、电力公司均不程度地出现了变电站开关柜、封闭母线、隔离开关、电缆头等设备由于绝缘老化或接触不良而造成温度异常变化,进而引发事故的现象。由于这些设备是高压带电设备且有些设备的发热点处于内部不便检测。如果电气设备过负荷烧毁、线路发生短路、烧毁,同时还会造成开关、断路器触头温度升高,接触电阻增加,发热程度加剧,最终触头烧毁、绝缘损坏,发生单相接地,相间、三相短路。一旦发生故障,直接影响到生产及安全。
为了解决该问题,主要使用热像仪或点温仪对设备进行定期巡检,而热像仪只能检测当时的情况,不能实现在线监测更不能预测未来的情况并及时报警。此外,在巡检过程中巡检人员的责任心、巡检时间间隔等也是一个比较突出的问题。这样造成很多电气设备缺陷不能被及时发现,往往等到缺陷扩大造成设备损伤时才发现。
发明内容
本实用新型目的是为了解决现有电气设备的温度监测不足以保证生产安全的问题,提供了一种电气设备的温度监测装置。
本实用新型所述电气设备的温度监测装置,它包括单片机、存储器、外部命令输入电路、m个热电偶和m个红外热像仪,
在电气设备的每个发热点的内部安装一个热电偶,在电气设备的每个发热点的外部安装一个红外热像仪,
每个热电偶采集的电气设备内部温度信号都通过数据总线发送给单片机;
每个红外热像仪的电气设备外部温度信号都通过数据总线发送给单片机;
外部命令输入电路的温度阈值设置指令输出端与单片机的温度阈值设置指令输入端相连;
单片机的存储传输端与存储器的存储传输端相连,
其中:m为正整数。
还可以进一步包括光纤耦合器和上位机,单片机的远程数据输出端与光纤耦合器的电信号输入端相连,光纤耦合器的光信号输出端通过光纤与上位机的远程数据输入端相连。
本实用新型的优点:在每个发热点都设置一个外部、一个内部的监测温度的电子元件,这样,电气设备每个发热点的温度状况都被全面的监测到,并通过光纤快速的发送给上位机,让工作人员及时准确的了解各个地方的电气设备的状况,最大程度的杜绝安全隐患。

具体实施方式一:下面结合图1说明本实施方式,本实施方式所述电气设备的温度监测装置,它包括单片机3、存储器6、外部命令输入电路9、m个热电偶1和m个红外热像仪2,
在电气设备的每个发热点的内部安装一个热电偶1,在电气设备的每个发热点的外部安装一个红外热像仪2,
每个热电偶1采集的电气设备内部温度信号都通过数据总线发送给单片机3;
每个红外热像仪2的电气设备外部温度信号都通过数据总线发送给单片机3;
外部命令输入电路9的温度阈值设置指令输出端与单片机3的温度阈值设置指令输入端相连;
单片机3的存储传输端与存储器6的存储传输端相连,
其中:m为正整数。
每个发热点都设置一个热电偶1和红外热像仪2,热电偶1用于监测电气设备内部的温度,红外热像仪2用于监测电气设备外部的温度,监测的全面,并通过数据总线输出至单片机3中。外部命令输入电路9用于设置电气设备内、外温度的上、下限阈值。每个发热点的温度数据都存储在存储器6中,以备调用。
具体实施方式二:本实施方式对实施方式一作进一步说明,它还包括报警器7,单片机3的报警指令输出端与报警器7的报警指令输入端相连。当某个发热点的温度超限时,报警器7进行报警。

光纤耦合器4将电信号转换成光信号,并通过光纤快速、稳定的传给远程的上位机5,方便管理人员掌控全局,而不用亲自到每个电气设备的现场去巡视。

1.电气设备的温度监测装置,其特征在于,它包括单片机(3)、存储器(6)、外部命令输入电路(9)、m个热电偶(1)和m个红外热像仪(2),
在电气设备的每个发热点的内部安装一个热电偶(1),在电气设备的每个发热点的外部安装一个红外热像仪(2),
每个热电偶(1)采集的电气设备内部温度信号都通过数据总线发送给单片机(3);
每个红外热像仪(2)的电气设备外部温度信号都通过数据总线发送给单片机(3);
外部命令输入电路(9)的温度阈值设置指令输出端与单片机(3)的温度阈值设置指令输入端相连;
单片机(3)的存储传输端与存储器(6)的存储传输端相连,
其中:m为正整数。
2.根据权利要求1所述电气设备的温度监测装置,其特征在于,它还包括报警器(7),单片机(3)的报警指令输出端与报警器(7)的报警指令输入端相连。

4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述电气设备的温度监测装置,其特征在于,它还包括光纤耦合器(4)和上位机(5),单片机(3)的远程数据输出端与光纤耦合器(4)的电信号输入端相连,光纤耦合器(4)的光信号输出端通过光纤与上位机的远程数据输入端相连。
