传统的电气柜门铰链，都包括对插接合的左接片和右接片，左接片和右接片通过铰轴铰接相连。不难发现，左接片和右接片在其铰转范围内的任意位置都是可上下分离的，因此其适用范围相对较小。 
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中普通电气柜门铰链的左接片和右接片在其铰转范围内的任意位置都可上下分离，其适用范围相对较小的问题，本实用新型提供一种电气柜门铰链，该铰链的结构简单紧凑、安装方便、在一定范围内左接片和右接片可相互限位。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：包括对插接合的左接片和右接片，左接片上固定铰轴，右接片上设置铰孔，左接片和右接片之间通过铰轴和铰孔的配合相铰接，在铰轴一侧的左接片侧壁上具有突出的限位部，在铰孔一侧的右接片侧壁上具有延伸的薄壁缘，薄壁缘的上端部与限位部相配合使左接片和右接片相互限位。 
限位部为弧形，限位部与左接片侧壁之间的高度差逐渐增加。 
本实用新型通过上述具体设计，在一定范围内左接片和右接片可相互限位，具有结构简单紧凑、安装方便、可靠性高的优点。

如图1所示，本实用新型包括对插接合的左接片1和右接片2，左接片1上固定铰轴3，右接片上设置铰孔4，左接片1和右接片2之间通过铰轴3和铰孔4的配合相铰接，在铰轴3一侧的左接片1侧壁上具有突出的限位部5，在铰孔4一侧的右接片2侧壁上具有延伸的薄壁缘6，薄壁缘6的上端部与限位部5相配合使左接片1和右接片2相互限位。限位部5为弧形，限位部5与左接片1侧壁之间的高度差逐渐增加。在右接片2上的铰孔4插入左接片1上的铰轴3后，当左接片1和右接片2处于相互限位状态时，即右接片2上的薄壁缘6上端处于左接片1侧壁上突出的限位部5的下端并相抵时，左接片1和右接片2是不能上下分离的。
