[0002] 除尘器是把粉尘从烟气中分离出来的设备。该设备主要用于火力发电厂、煤场、粮饲加工、冶金、矿山、铸造、化工水泥厂以及其它各类粉扬尘点的除尘。
[0003] 从锅炉里出来的烟气从除尘器进口进入,并以相当高的速度冲击水面,其中大部分尘粒由于重量加大或与水黏附后边留在水中,此阶段为冲击阶段,在此阶段产生后,水面因气体的运动而形成一抛物线形的水滴、水雾和泡沫区域,含尘气体在此区域内又进一步水滴水雾净化。又因为进入设备时,烟气的温度很高,筒体内在烟气的冲击下形成水雾,尘粒在改变方向,向上运动时,又被水雾进一步净化。干净的气体从冲击式冲击水浴脱硫除尘器的出口处进入烟囱。
[0004]目前国内使用的冲击式除尘器体积大,设计时都是布置在除尘室或除尘点周围,通过吸尘管道进行除尘。由于除尘器体积大,水量也大,一般一台3m3的除尘器,每除尘一次的用水量在3T左右,除尘器必须通过管道吸尘,而暖湿含尘气体除尘时极容易吸附在管壁上,因此吸尘管道需经常清理,带来巨大的工作量。

1.一种除尘器,其特征在于,包括:本体(2),进风联体(3)、进风管(4)、挡水板(5)、变径管(7)、离心风机(8)、进水管(9)和排污口(10); 所述本体⑵上部设置进风口(I)和出风口(6),所述进风口(I)与本体⑵内部的进风联体(3)连接,所述进风联体(3)底部连接进风管(4),所述进风联体(3)上方设置挡水板(5); 所述出风口(6)与所述本体(2)外部的所述变径管(7) —端连接,所述变径管(7)的另一端连接至所述离心风机(8); 所述进水管(9)设置在所述本体(2)下方的侧壁上,所述排污口(10)设置在所述本体(2)的底部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的除尘器,其特征在于,所述本体(2)包括上本体(21)和下本体(21); 其中,所述进风口(I)设置在所述上本体(21)的一侧,所述出风口(6)设置在所述上本体(21)与所述进风口(I)相对的另一侧; 所述进风联体(3)、进风管(4)、挡水板(5)设置在所述上本体(21)内部; 所述下本体(22)内部为液池,所述进风管(4)的出口位于所述下本体(22)液池上方,所述排污口(10)设置在所述下本体(22)底部,所述进水管(9)设置在所述下本体(22)的一侧。
3.根据权利要求2所述的除尘器,其特征在于,所述上本体(21)和所述下本体(22)之间为螺栓连接。
4.根据权利要求2所述的除尘器,其特征在于,所述除尘器还包括:挡尘板(11); 所述挡尘板(11)设置在所述进风口(I)与进风联体(3)之间。
5.根据权利要求4所述的除尘器,其特征在于,所述除尘器还包括:隔板(12); 所述隔板(12)设置在所述挡尘板(11)与进风联体(3)之间,所述隔板(12)下端延伸至所述下本体(22)的液池中。
6.根据权利要求2所述的除尘器,其特征在于,所述下本体(22)底部为倾斜结构,该倾斜结构具有倾斜面,所述排污口(10)设置在所述倾斜面的下端,所述进水管(9)的出口位于所述倾斜面的上端。
7.根据权利要求1所述的除尘器,其特征在于,所述排污口(9)处设置集污装置(16),所述集污装置(16)包括进污管和排污管,所述排污口(9)与所述集污装置(16)的进污管连接。
8.根据权利要求7所述的除尘器,其特征在于,所述集污装置(16)上方设置电动推杆(13),所述电动推杆(13)的下端连接到所述集污装置(16)的排污管上的排污阀门。
9.根据权利要求1所述的除尘器,其特征在于,所述除尘器还包括:水位控制仪(14)和溢水管(15),所述水位控制仪(14)设置在本体(2)的外部一侧并与本体(2)连通;所述溢水管(15)设置在本体(2)下部的一侧。
