背景技术
仰卧起坐是最简单易行的健身运动，尤其对于想要减去小肚子的人们来说，更是首选项目。但是，仰卧起坐对于不少人来书却并不太容易，往往需要有人帮忙压腿才能做到，或者借助仰卧板。市面上的仰卧板价格起码也要一两百，而且占用空间也比较大，能够折叠的则更加昂贵。

本实用新型克服现有技术的不足，所要解决的技术问题是提供一种简易健身器材。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型所采用的技术方案为：一种简易健身器材，包括脚踏环、拴绳耳、连接绳和腰带，所述拴绳耳有两个，分别位于脚踏环的两外侧，所述两个拴绳耳上分别连接有一根连接绳，所述连接绳的另一端连接在腰带的两侧。
所述连接绳设置为可更换形式，可以选择连接绳为刚性绳或者弹力绳。
与现有技术相比本实用新型具有以下有益效果。
1、本实用新型结构非常简单，不使用时放置占用空间小，而且造价低廉。
2、当选择连接绳为刚性绳时，本实用新型可以用于做仰卧起坐，方法是：将腰带系在腰间，双脚套进脚踏环并踩住脚踏环的一边，双腿大腿和小腿成45°，调节连接绳的长度为刚好绷紧，即可很方便的做仰卧起坐了。
3、当选择连接绳为弹力绳是，可以用脚踩住脚踏环，双手分别抓住一根弹力绳，锻炼上肢，或者将腰带系在腰间，蹲下起立锻炼下肢。
