Abstract

Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及石油压裂技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种立式泵组件。
背景技术
石油开采中常通过水力压裂使油气层形成裂缝,以增加油气的渗流能力,提高油气产量。由于立式泵占地面积较小,水力压裂常利用立式泵配合柱塞泵将水喷射到油气层。
立式泵在使用和运输的过程中,需先安装在泵底座上,利用泵底座对其进行支撑。目前,立式泵主要通过螺栓固定在泵底座的顶部端面上,由于立式泵的重心较高,稳定性较差,所以在使用过程中其顶部较易产生晃动,导致泵产生的振动较大,较易造成立式泵出现松动甚至脱落的情况,存在较大的安全隐患。
综上所述,如何降低立式泵在工作过程中产生的振动,以减少立式泵出现松动甚至脱落的情况,降低安全隐患,是目前本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术问题。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种立式泵组件,以降低立式泵在工作过程中产生的振动,进而减少立式泵出现松动甚至脱落的情况,降低安全隐患。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:
一种立式泵组件,包括立式泵和泵底座,所述立式泵设置在所述泵底座上;其特征在于,还包括用于支撑所述立式泵顶部的顶部固定座,所述立式泵的顶部具有与所述顶部固定座连接的连接部。
优选的,上述立式泵组件中,所述连接部为设置在所述立式泵的联轴器座上的连接板,所述连接板向靠近所述顶部固定座的方向突出。
优选的,上述立式泵组件中,所述连接板沿水平方向设置,所述顶部固定座的顶端设置有沿水平方向设置的固定板,所述固定板与所述连接板连接。
优选的,上述立式泵组件中,所述连接板与所述固定板通过第一螺栓连接。
优选的,上述立式泵组件中,所述连接板为矩形板。
优选的,上述立式泵组件中,所述第一螺栓为6个,且所述第一螺栓分为两排分别设置在所述矩形板的两侧。
优选的,上述立式泵组件中,所述泵底座的顶端为与所述立式泵的底面相配合的圆形板,所述立式泵通过第二螺栓固定在所述圆形板上。
优选的,上述立式泵组件中,所述第二螺栓为多个,并沿所述圆形板的周向均匀布置。
优选的,上述立式泵组件中,所述固定板和所述圆形板均为钢板。
优选的,上述立式泵组件中,所述泵底座上设置有两个所述立式泵。
从上述的技术方案可以看出,本实用新型提供的立式泵组件包括立式泵、泵底座和顶部固定座,其中,立式泵设置在泵底座上;顶部固定座用于支撑立式泵的顶部,立式泵的顶部具有与顶部固定座连接的连接部。
本实用新型通过泵底座和顶部固定座分别对立式泵的底部和顶部进行固定,使立式泵的底部固定在泵底座上,顶部的连接部固定在顶部固定座上,从而使立式泵具有两个承载点,增加了立式泵的稳固性,能够降低立式泵在工作过程中产生的振动,进而减少了立式泵出现松动甚至脱落的情况,降低了安全隐患。

本实用新型实施例提供了一种立式泵组件,能够降低立式泵在工作过程中产生的振动,进而减少了立式泵出现松动甚至脱落的情况,降低了安全隐患。
为使本实用新型实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
请参考附图1,本实用新型实施例提供的立式泵组件包括立式泵2、泵底座1和顶部固定座3,其中,立式泵2设置在泵底座1上;顶部固定座3用于支撑立式泵2的顶部,立式泵2的顶部具有与顶部固定座3连接的连接部。
本实用新型通过泵底座1和顶部固定座3分别对立式泵2的底部和顶部进行固定,使立式泵2的底部固定在泵底座1上,顶部的连接部固定在顶部固定座3上,从而使立式泵2具有两个承载点,增加了立式泵2的稳固性,能够降低立式泵2在工作过程中产生的振动,进而减少了立式泵2出现松动甚至脱落的情况,降低了安全隐患。
在本实用新型一具体实施例中,上述连接部为设置在立式泵2的联轴器座上的连接板21,该连接板21向靠近顶部固定座3的方向突出。如图1所示,本实用新型通过连接板21与顶部固定座3连接,便于安装;同时以联轴器座为顶部的承载点,支撑强度较好,提高了立式泵2的稳定性,降低了立式泵2产生的振动。上述连接部还可以为联轴器座本身,此时顶部固定座3通过固定环套设在联轴器座上,能够实现同样的固定立式泵2顶部的效果。
优选的,上述连接板21沿水平方向设置,顶部固定座3的顶端设置有沿水平方向设置的固定板,固定板与连接板21连接。本实用新型通过使固定板与连接板21连接,实现将立式泵2顶部固定在顶部固定座3上。由于固定板与连接板21为两个水平设置的板,便于连接,所以提高了装配效率;同时两者的接触面积较大,连接强度较好。
具体的,连接板21与固定板通过第一螺栓连接。此时连接板21与固定板通过采用螺纹连接,便于拆装,而且固定强度较好。
上述连接板21可以为弧形板、六边形板或者其他不规则形状的板,为了便于加工,连接板21优选为矩形板。相应地,固定板为与连接板21形状相同的矩形板。
进一步的,第一螺栓为6个,且第一螺栓分为两排分别设置在矩形板的两侧。这样一来,矩形板相对的两个边上分别设置有3个第一螺栓,矩形板各处受力比较均匀,保证了连接板21和固定板的连接强度。上述第一螺栓还可以为其他个数,如4个、6个等,应根据实际应用场合选择。
由于立式泵2的底面为圆形,在本实用新型一具体实施例中,泵底座1的顶端为与立式泵2的底面相配合的圆形板11,立式泵2通过第二螺栓固定在圆形板11上。此时能够减小泵底座1的占地面积;而且通过第二螺栓固定立式泵2,便于拆装,提高了装配效率。
为了保证对立式泵2较好的支撑强度,第二螺栓优选为多个,并沿圆形板11的周向均匀布置。具体的,立式泵2的底面和圆形板11分别均布有对应设置的螺纹孔,使立式泵2周向受力均匀,提高了立式泵2的装配稳固性。
进一步的,上述固定板和圆形板11均为钢板。由于钢板的强度较好,能够对立式泵2提供较好的支撑强度,保证了立式泵2的稳固新和可靠性。
在本实用新型一具体实施例中,泵底座1上设置有两个立式泵2。本实用新型使两个立式泵2共用一个泵底座1,减少了工作现场的零件个数,便于水力压裂工作的进行,同时便于立式泵2的运输。当然,上述泵底座1上还可以仅设置一个立式泵2。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。

Claims (10)
1.一种立式泵组件,包括立式泵(2)和泵底座(1),所述立式泵(2)设置在所述泵底座(1)上;其特征在于,还包括用于支撑所述立式泵(2)顶部的顶部固定座(3),所述立式泵(2)的顶部具有与所述顶部固定座(3)连接的连接部。
2.如权利要求1所述的立式泵组件,其特征在于,所述连接部为设置在所述立式泵(2)的联轴器座上的连接板(21),所述连接板(21)向靠近所述顶部固定座(3)的方向突出。
3.如权利要求2所述的立式泵组件,其特征在于,所述连接板(21)沿水平方向设置,所述顶部固定座(3)的顶端设置有沿水平方向设置的固定板,所述固定板与所述连接板(21)连接。
4.如权利要求3所述的立式泵组件,其特征在于,所述连接板(21)与所述固定板通过第一螺栓连接。
5.如权利要求4所述的立式泵组件,其特征在于,所述连接板(21)为矩形板。
6.如权利要求5所述的立式泵组件,其特征在于,所述第一螺栓为6个,且所述第一螺栓分为两排分别设置在所述矩形板的两侧。
7.如权利要求3所述的立式泵组件,其特征在于,所述泵底座(1)的顶端为与所述立式泵(2)的底面相配合的圆形板(11),所述立式泵(2)通过第二螺栓固定在所述圆形板(11)上。
8.如权利要求7所述的立式泵组件,其特征在于,所述第二螺栓为多个,并沿所述圆形板(11)的周向均匀布置。
9.如权利要求7所述的立式泵组件,其特征在于,所述固定板和所述圆形板(11)均为钢板。
10.如权利要求1-9任一项所述的立式泵组件,其特征在于,所述泵底座(1)上设置有两个所述立式泵(2)。
