本实用新型的目的在于提供一种便于安装防脱落的外墙保温装饰板，解决了现有技术中费用昂贵、易脱落、施工不方便等问题。
本实用新型是这样实现的，它包括工程涂料层、水泥层（一）、挤塑聚苯乙烯保温板层、水泥层（二）、条形固定带，其特征在于：保温装饰板由工程涂料层、水泥层（一）、挤塑聚苯乙烯保温板层、水泥层（二）自上而下依次连接而成，所述挤塑聚苯乙烯保温板层的上表面连有2条以上的不锈钢条形固定带，条形固定带的两端开有螺孔。使得装饰板与墙体结合，不光有水泥的粘结还有螺钉与墙体的链接，从而实现防脱落的双重保护。
所述工程涂料层厚度为2-5mm、水泥层（一）厚度为5-10mm、挤塑聚苯乙烯保温板层厚度为30-80mm、水泥层（二）厚度为3-8mm。水泥层采用喷涂方式，喷涂之前在挤塑聚苯乙烯保温板刷上胶黏剂，以便水泥层和挤塑聚苯乙烯保温板结合得更加牢固。
所述工程涂料层为：超洁耐久氟碳弹性涂料、高弹性涂料、防水弹性涂料、弹性质感涂料、真石漆、绚彩石涂料、石子漆、陶砖涂料、聚氨酯涂料、反射隔热涂料或彩瓦漆。
本实用新型的技术效果是：结构简单，施工方便，利用工程涂料可以喷涂成各种不同仿真石材的效果或普通外墙瓷板效果，整个保温装饰板重量轻，适合外墙装饰使用。
