技术领域
本实用新型涉及架空输电线路L型绝缘串的悬垂联板,更具体地说它是一种特高压直流线路防偏转L串悬垂联板。它适用于直线转角塔的垂直档距较小且角度数大的情况。
背景技术
目前,我国输电线路直线小转角塔上使用的L型绝缘子串联板,传统方法是根据L串的夹角角度来确定联板上绝缘子串挂孔间的角度和距离,这种结构的L型绝缘子串联板的偏心距L1较小,一般为75-80mm,该方案能够解决正常情况下悬垂联板的偏转问题,但在直线转角塔的垂直档距较小,且转角度数较大的同时发生的极端情况下,按传统方法设计的联板尺寸会导致两肢绝缘子串受力不均,发生单肢不受力,使L串内侧均压环与导线有接触,悬垂线夹与悬垂联板相碰的情况。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有背景技术的不足之处,而提供一种特高压直流线路防偏转L串悬垂联板,它适用于直线转角塔的垂直档距较小且角度数大的情况。
本实用新型的目的是通过如下措施来达到的:特高压直流线路防偏转L串悬垂联板,其特征在于:它包括位于上端的绝缘子串挂点部分和位于下端的导线挂点部分,所述的位于上端的绝缘子串挂点部分包括第一连接L型绝缘子串的挂孔,第二连接L型绝缘子串的挂孔和备用挂孔及两个连接分裂子导线的悬垂线夹,所述的备用挂孔位于第一连接L型绝缘子串的挂孔和第二连接L型绝缘子串的挂孔之间;在所述的导线挂点部分上分布有四个连接分裂子导线的悬垂线夹,所述的六个连接分裂子导线的悬垂线夹分布在同一圆周上,偏心距为导线挂点中心线和绝缘子串垂直合力方向线之间的距离,所述的偏心距的距离为280-350mm。
在上述技术方案中,所述的绝缘子串垂直合力方向线为第一绝缘子串挂线方向线和第二绝缘子串挂线方向线交点的纵向线。
在直线转角塔的垂直档距较小且角度数大的情况,本实用新型和现有的悬垂联板相比,可避免了缘子串发生受力不均,单肢不受力,使L串内侧均压环与导线有接触,悬垂线夹与悬垂联板相碰的情况,提高输电线路薄弱环节的安全性,减少线路维护工作量,提升供电可靠度,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。

参阅附图1可知:本实用新型特高压直流线路防偏转L串悬垂联板,其特征在于:它包括位于上端的绝缘子串挂点部分A和位于下端的导线挂点部分B,所述的位于上端的绝缘子串挂点部分A包括第一连接L型绝缘子串的挂孔2,第二连接L型绝缘子串的挂孔3和备用挂孔4及两个连接分裂子导线的悬垂线夹1,所述的备用挂孔4位于第一连接L型绝缘子串的挂孔2和第二连接L型绝缘子串的挂孔3之间;在所述的导线挂点部分B上分布有四个连接分裂子导线的悬垂线夹1,所述的六个连接分裂子导线的悬垂线夹1分布在同一圆周上,偏心距L为导线挂点中心线5和绝缘子串垂直合力方向线8之间的距离,所述的偏心距L的距离为280-350mm。
所述的绝缘子串垂直合力方向线8为第一绝缘子串挂线方向线6和第二绝缘子串挂线方向线7交点的纵向线。
本实用新型L串改进型悬垂联板通过计算小转角塔在垂直档距小且转角度数大时每根子导线对于联板的力矩,根据力矩平衡原理,计算出偏心距离L,得出改进型联板尺寸,保证了联板在极端情况下不出现偏转,使联板保持在竖直方向。

1.特高压直流线路防偏转L串悬垂联板,其特征在于:它包括位于上端的绝缘子串挂点部分(A)和位于下端的导线挂点部分(B),所述的位于上端的绝缘子串挂点部分(A)包括第一连接L型绝缘子串的挂孔(2),第二连接L型绝缘子串的挂孔(3)和备用挂孔(4)及两个连接分裂子导线的悬垂线夹(1),所述的备用挂孔(4)位于第一连接L型绝缘子串的挂孔(2)和第二连接L型绝缘子串的挂孔(3)之间;在所述的导线挂点部分(B)上分布有四个连接分裂子导线的悬垂线夹(1),所述的六个连接分裂子导线的悬垂线夹(1)分布在同一圆周上,偏心距L为导线挂点中心线(5)和绝缘子串垂直合力方向线(8)之间的距离,所述的偏心距(L)的距离为280-350mm。
