Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种用于冷热交换领域的管子,其特征是在管壁上加工有螺纹槽,优点是在使用同等管材长度时,增加了管壁与管内液体的接触面积,散热面积大,散热效果好,能节约能源和原材料,本实用新型能使流过管内的液体得到基本相同的散热。本实用新型可广泛应用于交换器、冷却塔、散热器、冷却水箱、轮船、内燃机车、化工系统的换热器等领域。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种用于冷热交换领域的管子。
现有的冷热交换管,诸如冰箱的毛细管、汽车用的散热器管及化工系统用的换热器等,均属于直通管道,管道内液、气体与管壁接触面积小,即换热效率低。管道内流动的液、气体流向不变,使管道轴线附近流动的液、气体没有条件与管壁接触,则管内轴线附近的液、气体换热效率更低。
本实用新型冷热换热管针对现有技术中的不足之处,目的是制做一种冷热换热管,达到换热效率高,制做成本低,在同样管子使用材料的基础上,增大管壁和管内液、气体接触面积,即增大换热面积,同时使管内流动的液、气体流动方向不断旋转前进,增加了与管壁接触的面积和时间,提高了换热效率。
本实用新型的原理是在管壁上加工有螺纹槽,螺纹槽增大了管壁与液体的接触面积,即增大了换热面积,同时管内液、气体流过管道时,管壁的槽道使液、气体由直线流动改为曲线流动,增加了流入管道时处于管道轴线附近液、气体与管壁接触的面积和时间。

下面针对本实用新型的附图进一步阐明本实用新型,(1)为管体,(2)为螺纹槽,螺纹槽为多头螺纹槽,这样在加工时螺纹槽密度可以提高,同时增加了换热管的强度,本实用新型采用了三头螺纹槽,如图2所示,槽与管道轴线的夹角为30°,管子用金属做成。
本实用新型相比现有技术具有以下优点:在使用同等长度管材情况下,增加了管壁与管内液、气体的接触面积,散热面积大,散热效果好,本实用新型能使流过管内的液、气体得到基本相同的散热。概括起来,本实用新型具有提高散热效率,降低成本,节约能源等优点。
本实用新型可广泛应用于轮船、内燃机车、化工系统的换热器、冷却塔、散热器等领域。

1、一种冷热换热管,其特征在于管壁有螺纹槽(2)。
2、如权利要求1所述的冷热换热管,其特征在于螺纹槽为多头螺纹槽。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的冷热换热管,其特征在于螺纹槽为三头螺纹槽。
4、如权利要求3所述的冷热换热管,其特征是螺纹槽与管道轴线的夹角为30°。
5、如权利要求1或2或4所述的冷热换热管,其特征是冷热换热管为金属制做。
6、如权利要求3所述的冷热换热管,其特征在于冷热换热管为金属制做。
