本实用新型涉及铝型材用螺母技术领域,尤其是一种后装螺母。
背景技术
原有的后装螺产品是在螺母背面开孔后装入弹簧再装上钢珠,使钢珠带有弹性,在将螺母从铝型材槽上方装入槽后靠螺母的弹性卡在槽内不自行滑动。这种结构的产品使用时虽方便但制作工艺复杂,人工费用高,产品成本高,并容易出现钢珠脱落或死珠等现象。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有的技术的不足,本实用新型提供了一种后装螺母。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种后装螺母,包括螺母,所述螺母背部上安装有具有弹性的拱形部,所述拱形部位于螺母背部的双端或单端。
根据本实用新型的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述拱形部为树脂材料、金属弹片、或橡胶。
根据本实用新型的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述树脂材料为尼龙树脂。
本实用新型的有益效果是,本实用新型将具有弹性功能的拱形部替代原有的钢珠设置在螺母上,制作工艺简单,生产效率提高将近2倍,大大节约人工成本,使用方便。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的实施例一: 如图1、2、3所示,螺母1上安装有具有弹性的拱形部2,可优选为尼龙树脂材料,拱形部2位于螺母1背部两端,以方便螺栓穿进穿出。将尼龙树脂2用注塑方法固定在螺母1上,在螺母1的反面的尼龙树脂呈中空拱形状,该拱形部2即能产生一定弹性,卡住铝型材槽内。
本实用新型的实施例二,如图4、5、6所示,螺母1上安装有具有弹性的拱形部2,拱形部2安装于螺母1背部的单端,中空呈拱形状的拱形部2同样能产生一定弹性,卡住铝型材槽内。但是相比两端都设拱形部,单边设拱形部制造工艺比较简单,从而也可以进一步降低成本。
本实用新型拱形部2可以为树脂材料、金属弹片或橡胶等,具有弹性的材料一般都可以。拱形部2安装的位置亦应当不受上述两个实施例的限制,其安装于螺母1上产生弹性作用,可卡住铝型材即可,如减小面积安装,安装在螺母正反面等。
 本实用新型用有弹性功能的拱形部代替原有的钢珠弹性螺母安装,同样可卡在铝型材槽内不自行滑动,制作工艺简单,生产效率提高将近2倍,大大节约人工成本,使用方便。

1.一种后装螺母,包括螺母(1),其特征是,所述螺母(1)背部上安装有具有弹性的拱形部(2),所述拱形部(2)位于螺母(1)背部的双端或单端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的后装螺母,其特征是,所述拱形部(2)为树脂材料、金属弹片或橡胶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的后装螺母,其特征是,所述树脂材料为尼龙树脂。
