背景技术
现有的机械手是用液压控制其开合抓握。但是液压机也有缺点,比如体积大,必须要用液压油,制作工艺复杂,技术要求高,等诸多缺点。
发明内容
这里提供一种齿条自控机械手,整体简洁轻便,用电机控制,能抓住物体并自锁。
该实用新型是这样的:棱齿条(1)上有等距离棱齿,棱齿条(1)的一端有固定连接成一定角度的手刀(6),棱齿条控制在阴板(4)上,使棱齿条只能前后移动。阴板一端有固定连接成一定角度的手刀(5),手刀(5)与手刀(6)相对应。电机(2)的转轴上固定连接一套叉(3),套叉(3)套着棱齿条(1)上的一个棱齿。工作原理:电机转动,带动套叉转动,套叉的转动又推动棱齿条前后移动,棱齿条一端的手刀,也随之前后移动,因而手刀(6)与手刀(5)就合拢或放开。当套叉与棱齿条相互处于平行状态时,齿条向前向后都牵拉不动,因而,当机械手抓住物体时,在电机不动,并且套叉与棱齿条相互平行时,能抓住物体而不滑落。
由于采用上述设计,使得齿条自控机械手能抓拿物体并自锁,而且不会滑落。

在图1中,棱齿条(1)上有等距离棱齿,棱齿条(1)的一端有固定连接成一定角度的手刀(6),棱齿条控制在阴板(4)上,使棱齿条只能前后移动。阴板一端有固定连接成一定角度的手刀(5),手刀(5)与手刀(6)相对应。电机(2)的转轴上固定连接一套叉(3),套叉(3)套着棱齿条(1)上的一个棱齿。
