电池生产过程中,电芯叠片之后再拿取过程中电芯左右出现偏移,甚至正负极片出现移位现象,影响了电池性能稳定性,最终影响电池的安全性。

本实用新型提供一种新型电芯夹具,解决了现有电芯叠片之后再拿取过程中电芯左右出现偏移,不整齐的现象。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种新型电芯夹具,包括有托持电芯的x形夹具底座,所述底座左侧两个支托上分别固定设立有侧挡板,底座右侧两个支托上分别固定有挡块,所述挡块活动穿连有螺钉,所述底座右侧两个支托、挡块内侧设立有可移动挡板,所述可移动挡板两侧对应位置设有配合挡块上螺钉的螺纹通孔,所述可移动挡板通过两个挡块上螺钉活动设立于底座右侧支托上。
所述电芯夹具整体材质为轻便耐生锈的铝合金材料。
叠出电芯放入夹具中,转移至操作台面,再对电芯进行生产操作。
本实用新型的优点是:
1.保证电芯外观不偏斜。
2.解决了电芯在操作人员拿取过程中,正负极片出现偏移现象,增加了电池的安全性。
