Abstract

本实用新型提供一种改进的叶轮式鱼塘增氧机用浮球,其主要技术特征是浮球体造成实心结构,采用能产生浮重能力的轻质材料制成。采用本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有重量轻,不易丧失浮重功能,节省钢材,缩短生产周期和降低成本的优点,特别适合于叶轮式鱼塘增氧机使用。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种改进的叶轮式鱼塘增氧机浮球,特别是一种不易失去浮重能力的浮球。
在已有技术中,叶轮式鱼塘增氧机主要由电机、减速机构、叶轮、支架和浮球组成。使用时电机通过减速机构减速带动叶轮转动搅水,电机、减速机构及叶轮通过三根支架支撑于三个岛式浮球浮于水面。目前,叶轮式鱼塘增氧机所采用的浮球普遍使用薄钢板焊接,中空结构,顶部设一连接杆与支架套管套接在一起。该浮球不足之处是成本高、体积大、容易腐蚀,一旦出现渗漏,很快失去浮重功能。虽然也有采用塑料制成的中空结构浮球,但同样存在成本高、容易老化,一旦开裂亦很快失去浮重功能的缺点。
本实用新型的目的是要克服现有技术之不足,提供一种结构简单又不容易失去浮重功能的浮球。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下措施来实现:将浮球体造成实心结构,采用能产生浮重能力的轻质材料制成;在浮球体的上下各设置一块夹板,以一根与下夹板连结并穿过浮球体和上夹板中心外露于浮球体上的连接杆将它们串联在一起而构成。为了便于安装支架套管,在连接杆上部设有螺纹,并套入两个衬套,通过螺母和衬套将支架套管紧固在浮球上。浮球体最好采用泡沫塑料制成。
由于本实用新型不是通过空心结构来产生向上浮力,而是利用轻质的实心浮球体来产生向上浮力,即使部分损坏,亦不致于立即失去浮重作用。因此,本实用新型与现有技术相比,大大地提高使用的安全性,显著降低浮球的重量,节约钢材。采用泡沫塑料制造浮球体,还具有生产工艺简单,成本低和适合于大批生产的优点。

Claims (3)

1、一种叶轮式鱼塘增氧机用的浮球,包括浮球体(3)和连接杆(1)组成,其特征在于浮球体(3)是实心结构,用置于水中能产生浮重能力的轻质材料制成;在浮球体(3)的上下面各设置一块夹板(2、4);所说的连接杆(1)与下夹板(4)连接,并穿过浮球体(3)和上夹板(2)的中心外露于浮球体(3)上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的浮球,其特征在于浮球体(3)用泡沫塑料制成。
3、根据权利要求1所述的浮球,其特征在于连接杆(1)的顶部开有螺纹,并套有两个衬套(5)。
