一种腹部拉伸器材，包括手抓滚轮装置以及两个脚踏滚轮装置，所述手抓滚轮装置与脚踏滚轮装置之间由弹簧连接；所述手抓滚轮装置包括三个并排设置的相同大小轮排以及贯穿三个轮排中心设置的横杆，所述脚踏滚轮装置包括踏板和安装在踏板底部远离手抓滚轮装置一端的滑动轮。
在所述踏板底部靠近手抓滚轮装置一端设置防滑垫。 
所述踏板上具有用于固定脚的罩子。 
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的一种腹部拉伸器材，通过手抓滚轮装置和脚踏滚轮装置相互滚动，使用起来更加稳定费力，手抓滚轮装置中三个轮排的设置可以固定住手抓滚轮装置的推拉线路，具有平衡性，踏板底部设置的滑动轮可以满足脚步协同手臂的同步运动，打到全身运动，无需膝盖跪地，保护了膝盖，也可以调节脚踏滚轮装置的角度，使用防滑垫将腿部位置固定，使用起来更加人性化。
