二、技术背景
防爆LED灯,较之其它种类的防爆灯节能,在需要防爆的场合被广泛使用。由于传统的防爆LED灯大多采用隔爆原理或即便是采用多种防爆技术,由于设计者的原因,其体积大、质量重,使得成本高,安装使用不便。
三、发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种防爆LED灯以解决目前防爆灯技术领域存在的问题。
本实用新型提供的防爆LED灯由安装件、拆装螺栓、电源、转换板、筒状散热器、LED灯珠输入线、转换板连接螺栓、传热件、密封件、紧固螺栓、透镜压板、LED灯珠、透镜、压紧环构成,其特征在于LED灯珠粘贴或被压紧在传热件上,并被置于由透镜、透镜压板和传热件构成的防爆腔内,LED灯珠输入线由传热件的孔引出,并在孔内填充大于20mm长度的环氧树脂胶,传热件与筒状散热器装配并用螺钉或粘胶固定,透镜用环氧树脂粘贴在透镜压板内,并用压紧环将其压紧,在压紧环与传热件之间装有密封件,将透镜压板用紧固螺栓固定在传热件上,压紧后在传热件与透镜压板之间形成大于12mm长度的隔爆面,电源通过拆装螺栓固定在转换板上,转换板通过转换板连接螺钉固定在筒状散热器或传热件上,安装件固定在电源外壳或筒状散热器上。
筒状散热器可选用实用新型专利号:201220396960.0所述的筒状散热器。
电源由电源外壳、电源板、环氧树脂组成,电源板装在电源外壳内,用环氧树脂浇封,并达到防爆标准要求。
在LED灯珠输入线上可加装防爆连接器,这样电源板与LED灯珠之间可利用拆装螺栓进行拆分,达到更换电源或LED灯珠的目的。

本实用新型主要由电源输入线1、安装件2、拆装螺栓3、电源板4、环氧树脂5、电源外壳6、转换板7、筒状散热器8、LED灯珠输入线9、转换板连接螺栓10、传热件11、密封件12、紧固螺栓13、透镜压板14、LED灯珠15、透镜16、压紧环17、环氧树脂填充材料18构成,其特征在于LED灯珠15粘贴在传热件11上,并被置于由透镜压板14、透镜16和传热件11构成的防爆腔内,LED灯珠输入线9经传热件的孔引出并在该孔内填充大于20mm的环氧树脂填充料18,传热件11与筒状散热器8装配并用转换板连接螺栓10将其固定在转换板7上,透镜16用环氧树脂粘结在透镜压板14内并用压紧环17压紧,在压紧环17与传热件11之间装有密封件12,用紧固螺栓13将透镜压板14固定在传热件11上,压紧后在传热件11与透镜压板14之间形成大于12mm长度的隔爆面,电源板4装在电源外壳6内并用环氧树脂5将电源板4浇封在电源外壳6内,电源外壳6通过拆装螺栓3固定在转换板7上,安装件2固定在电源外壳6上,电源输入线1由安装件2的孔引入电源板4。

1.一种防爆LED灯,主要由安装件、拆装螺栓、电源、转换板、筒状散热器、LED灯珠输入线、转换板连接螺栓、传热件、密封件、紧固螺栓、透镜压板、LED灯珠、透镜、压紧环构成,其特征在于LED灯珠粘贴或被压紧在传热件上,并被置于由透镜、透镜压板和传热件构成的防爆腔内,LED灯珠输入线由传热件的孔引出,并在孔内填充大于20mm长度的环氧树脂胶,传热件与筒状散热器装配并用螺钉或粘胶固定,透镜用环氧树脂粘贴在透镜压板内,并用压紧环将其压紧,在压紧环与传热件之间装有密封件,将透镜压板用紧固螺栓固定在传热件上,压紧后在传热件与透镜压板之间形成大于12mm长度的隔爆面,电源通过拆装螺栓固定在转换板上,转换板通过转换板连接螺钉固定在筒状散热器或传热件上,安装件固定在电源外壳或筒状散热器上。
