本实用新型涉及喷粉塔设备领域，尤其是一种喷粉塔引风机的消音装置。
背景技术
在现有的喷粉塔装置中，一般都使用引风机进行引风，而引风机大都使用罗氏鼓风机类的风机，会产生很大的噪音，在其10米的范围内，其音量可达200分贝以上，严重影响了周围的生产及生活环境。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种可有效降低引风机噪音的喷粉塔引风机的消音装置。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型所设计的喷粉塔引风机的消音装置，它包括引风机和引风机的出风管道，在引风机的出风管道的外壁设有木棉隔音层，出风管道的另一端连接有散音装置，散音装置与一号消音房连接；其在出风管道上设有木棉隔音层，对其出风管道进行消音处理，同时安装散音装置，将引风机的出风管道内的声音进行分散，达到消音的效果。
所述的散音装置，为一个全封闭的粗筒体，在其两端各伸入一根直径小于粗筒体的管件，粗筒体通过两端的管件分别与出风管道和一号消音房连接；所述的管件伸入粗筒体部分布满均匀的小孔。
作为优化，在一号消音房的外面设有二号消音房，消音房采用两个套房的方法，大大的提高了消音效果。一号和二号消音房全部采用隔音材料制取。
作为优化，所述的一号消音房的出风口与二号消音房的出风口设置在相对的左右两侧，且出风口的方向相反。
本实用新型所得到的喷粉塔引风机的消音装置，其通过木棉隔音层可降低出风管道处的声音扩散，而散音装置可将声音分散消音，特别是管件上布满的小孔，能进一步提高消音效果，最后再通过消音房达到完全消音的效果，消音效果明显。
据测量，采用该装置后，距离引风机2米处，音量达到66.9Leq（Db（A））；距离引风机3米处，音量达到58.3Leq（Db（A））；距离引风机4米处，音量达到46.1Leq（Db（A））；距离引风机6米处，音量达到35.1Leq（Db（A））；距离引风机10米处，音量达到10Leq（Db（A））。

实施例1：
如图1、图2所示，本实施例描述的喷粉塔引风机的消音装置，它包括引风机1和引风机1的出风管道2，在引风机1的出风管道2的外壁设有木棉隔音层3，出风管道2的另一端连接有散音装置4，散音装置4与一号消音房5连接；在一号消音房5的外面设有二号消音房6；所述的一号消音房5的出风口7与二号消音房6的出风口7设置在相对的左右两侧，且出风口7的方向相反。
其中所述的散音装置，为一个全封闭的粗筒体，在其两端各伸入一根直径小于粗筒体的管件8，粗筒体通过两端的管件8分别与出风管道2和一号消音房5连接；所述的管件8伸入粗筒体部分布满均匀的小孔9。

1.一种喷粉塔引风机的消音装置，它包括引风机和引风机的出风管道，其特征是：在引风机的出风管道的外壁设有木棉隔音层，出风管道的另一端连接有散音装置，散音装置与一号消音房连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种喷粉塔引风机的消音装置，其特征是所述的散音装置，为一个全封闭的粗筒体，在其两端各伸入一根直径小于粗筒体的管件，粗筒体通过两端的管件分别与出风管道和一号消音房连接；所述的管件伸入粗筒体部分布满均匀的小孔。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种喷粉塔引风机的消音装置，其特征是：在一号消音房的外面设有二号消音房。
