由于井下压风自救管路中常含有水汽,经温度变化会液化成水存于管路中,长时间还会导致管路锈蚀,最终导致压风自救减压阀堵塞,影响压风自救的正常使用。因此,设计一种压风自救风水分离器,是目前需要解决的技术问题。

压风自救风水分离器,由竖直长圆柱罐体组成,在竖直长圆柱罐体的中部侧壁上设置有进风高压接头,在竖直长圆柱罐体的上部侧壁上设置有出风高压接头,在竖直长圆柱罐体的底部侧壁上通过排水管设置有排水阀门。
作为本实用新型的一种优选方案,在竖直长圆柱罐体的顶部设置有吊装环。 
作为本实用新型的一种优选方案,所述的竖直长圆柱罐体的罐身为直径105mm、高度为300mm的钢管,罐顶和罐底为与直径105mm的钢管的壁厚相当的钢板,所述的吊装环为焊接在罐顶上的M16螺母,所述的进风高压接头和出风高压接头的规格均为¢25。 
与现有技术相比,本实用新型安装在压风自救的进风侧,风流经过风水分离器会使水存留在风水分离器内。每间隔一段时间进行放水。有效解决了井下压风自救管路锈蚀和压风自救减压阀堵塞的问题。

所述的竖直长圆柱罐体1的罐身为直径105mm、高度为300mm的钢管,罐顶和罐底为与直径105mm的钢管的壁厚相当的钢板,所述的吊装环3为焊接在罐顶上的M16螺母,所述的进风高压接头4和出风高压接头2的规格均为¢25。
