背景技术
传统的造酒地下发酵泥窖，都是在地下窖体的内围加装培养发酵泥，然后装上酒料进行封窖发酵，而成品酒的香型是在发酵等加工工艺完成后，再利用香精进行香型勾兑，其缺点是，酒窖只有单一的发酵功能，且用化工香精勾兑的酒，对饮酒者健康无益。
发明内容
本实用新型为解决传统的酒窖，只有单一发酵功能的问题，提供一种能添加香味的发酵泥窖。
本实用新型的技术方案是，一种免勾兑香型酒地下发酵泥窖，包括外窖体、内窖体，其特殊之处是，在外窖体的内围和内窖体的外围装有多根竖向的香料管，香料管的周围开有多个内外相通的小气孔。
使用时，将选择的天然香料装入香料管内并将上口封闭，在泥窖装好酒料封闭发酵的过程中，香料管内香料的气味通过小气孔渗入到酒料中，使产品酒呈显出所需的香型。
本实用新型的技术效果是，采用上述技术方案，可以实现一种结构简单，能用天然材料改变造酒香型的发酵泥窖。

使用时，将选择的天然香料装入香料管4内并将上口封闭，在外窖体1和内窖体2之间装好酒料封闭发酵的过程中，外窖体1内围和内窖体2外围的香料管4内香料的气味，便通过小气孔渗入到酒料中，使产品酒呈显出所需的香型。
