Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种新型圣诞老人像,包括形成圣诞老人像轮廓的外框架、LED控制器和LED灯带,LED控制器与LED灯带连接,外框架通过注塑一体成型,外框架上设置有凹槽,LED灯带安装在凹槽内且其发光面正对所述的凹槽的底面,当LED灯带发光时,外框架被照亮显现出圣诞老人像的轮廓;优点是成本较低,且装饰效果好。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种圣诞老人像,尤其是涉及一种新型圣诞老人像。
背景技术
圣诞节是西方国家一个的非常隆重的传统节日,随着世界各国经济和文化的交融,圣诞节在各国也流行起来,成为了一个世界性的节日。圣诞老人像是圣诞节必不可少的摆设饰品。现有的圣诞老人像一般采用采用陶瓷或PVC等材料制成,其造型是单一固定的,通常需要在其表面上增加其他相关的饰品来装饰,成本较高,并且装饰效果较差。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种成本较低,且装饰效果好的新型圣诞老人像。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种新型圣诞老人像,包括形成圣诞老人像轮廓的外框架、LED控制器和LED灯带,所述的LED控制器与所述的LED灯带连接,所述的外框架通过注塑一体成型,所述的外框架上设置有凹槽,所述的LED灯带安装在所述的凹槽内且所述的LED灯带的发光面朝向所述的凹槽的底面,当所述的LED灯带发光时,所述的外框架被照亮显现出圣诞老人像的轮廓。
所述的凹槽内填充有软质聚氨酯胶,所述的软质聚氨酯胶将所述的LED灯带封闭在所述的凹槽内。
所述的软质聚氨酯胶由聚氨酯胶和固化剂调配而成,所述的聚氨酯胶和固化剂的质量比为1:1~1:1.05。
所述的LED灯带包括FPCB板和均匀间隔设置在所述的FPCB板的多个LED发光单元,所述的LED发光单元包括三种颜色的LED灯珠,每种颜色的LED灯珠连接有一个限流电阻,三种颜色的LED灯珠和限流电阻分别焊接在所述的FPCB板上。
所述的LED控制器由型号为FM8P513-SOT23-6的集成芯片、三个NMOS管、一个电容、一个电阻和一个稳压管组成,所述的集成芯片的第1个pin脚、第3个pin脚和第6个pin脚与三个NMOS管的栅极一一对应连接,所述的集成芯片的第2个pin脚、第4个pin脚、所述的电容的一端、所述的稳压管的阳极和三个NMOS管的源极并接,所述的集成芯片的第5个pin脚、所述的电容的另一端、所述的稳压管的阴极和所述的电阻的一端连接,所述的电阻的另一端和所述的电容的一端之间用于接入电源,三个NMOS管的漏极分别连接所述的LED发光单元中一种颜色的LED灯珠。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点在于通过外框架形成圣诞老人像轮廓、外框架通过注塑一体成型,外框架上设置有凹槽,LED灯带安装在凹槽内且LED灯带的发光面朝向凹槽的底面,当LED灯带发光时,LED灯带的光线通过凹槽的底面反射均匀后将外框架照亮,外框架显现出圣诞老人像的轮廓,由此圣诞老人像可单独用于装饰,成本较低,且装饰效果好;
当凹槽内填充有软质聚氨酯胶,软质聚氨酯胶将LED灯带封闭在凹槽内时,软质聚氨酯胶形成LED灯带的外部棱镜,将LED灯带发出的光线汇聚,使整个圣诞老人像更加耀眼;
当软质聚氨酯胶由聚氨酯胶和固化剂调配而成,聚氨酯胶和固化剂的质量比为1:1~1:1.05时,在保证软质聚氨酯胶牢固的基础上进一步增强对LED灯带发出的光线的汇聚效果;
当LED灯带包括FPCB板和均匀间隔设置在FPCB板的多个LED发光单元,LED发光单元包括三种颜色的LED灯珠,每种颜色的LED灯珠连接有一个限流电阻,三种颜色的LED灯珠和限流电阻分别焊接在FPCB板上,LED灯带可以发出至少三种颜色的光线,进一步增强圣诞老人像的装饰效果;
当LED控制器由型号为FM8P513-SOT23-6的集成芯片、三个NMOS管、一个电容、一个电阻和一个稳压管组成时,通过集成芯片的输出信号控制LED发光单元中三种颜色的LED灯珠按照设定的顺序发光,LED灯带可以发出单色光,也可以发出混合光,进一步增强圣诞老人像的装饰效果。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。
实施例一:如图1和图2所示,一种新型圣诞老人像,包括形成圣诞老人像轮廓的外框架1、LED控制器2和LED灯带3,LED控制器2与LED灯带3连接,外框架1通过注塑一体成型,外框架1上设置有凹槽11,LED灯带3安装在凹槽11内且LED灯带3的发光面朝向凹槽11的底面,当LED灯带3发光时,外框架1被照亮显现出圣诞老人像的轮廓。
如图3所示,本实施例中LED灯带3包括FPCB板31和均匀间隔设置在FPCB板31的多个LED发光单元32,LED发光单元32包括三种颜色的LED灯珠33,三种颜色分别为红色R,绿色G和蓝色B,每种颜色的LED灯珠33连接有一个限流电阻34,三种颜色的LED灯珠33和限流电阻34分别焊接在FPCB板31上。
如图4所示,本实施例中,LED控制器2由型号为FM8P513-SOT23-6的集成芯片U1、三个NMOS管、一个电容C1、一个电阻R1和一个稳压管D1组成,集成芯片U1的第1个pin脚、第3个pin脚和第6个pin脚与三个NMOS管的栅极一一对应连接,集成芯片U1的第2个pin脚、第4个pin脚、电容C1的一端、稳压管D1的阳极和三个NMOS管的源极并接,集成芯片U1的第5个pin脚、电容C1的另一端、稳压管D1的阴极和电阻R1的一端连接,电阻R1的另一端和电容C1的一端之间用于接入电源,三个NMOS管的漏极分别连接LED发光单元32中一种颜色的LED灯珠33。
本实施例中,外框架1的材料为PC材料。
实施例二:本实施例在实施例一的基础上的,凹槽11内填充有软质聚氨酯胶,软质聚氨酯胶将LED灯带3封闭在凹槽11内,软质聚氨酯胶由聚氨酯胶和固化剂调配而成,聚氨酯胶和固化剂的质量比为1:1。
实施例三:本实施例在实施例一的基础上的,凹槽11内填充有软质聚氨酯胶,软质聚氨酯胶将LED灯带3封闭在凹槽11内,软质聚氨酯胶由聚氨酯胶和固化剂调配而成,聚氨酯胶和固化剂的质量比为1:1.05。
Claims (4)
1.一种新型圣诞老人像,包括LED控制器和LED灯带,所述的LED控制器与所述的LED灯带连接,其特征在于还包括形成圣诞老人像轮廓的外框架,所述的外框架通过注塑一体成型,所述的外框架上设置有凹槽,所述的LED灯带安装在所述的凹槽内且所述的LED灯带的发光面朝向所述的凹槽的底面,当所述的LED灯带发光时,所述的外框架被照亮显现出圣诞老人像的轮廓。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型圣诞老人像,其特征在于所述的凹槽内填充有软质聚氨酯胶,所述的软质聚氨酯胶将所述的LED灯带封闭在所述的凹槽内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型圣诞老人像,其特征在于所述的LED灯带包括FPCB板和均匀间隔设置在所述的FPCB板的多个LED发光单元,所述的LED发光单元包括三种颜色的LED灯珠,每种颜色的LED灯珠连接有一个限流电阻,三种颜色的LED灯珠和限流电阻分别焊接在所述的FPCB板上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种新型圣诞老人像,其特征在于所述的LED控制器由型号为FM8P513-SOT23-6的集成芯片、三个NMOS管、一个电容、一个电阻和一个稳压管组成,所述的集成芯片的第1个pin脚、第3个pin脚和第6个pin脚与三个NMOS管的栅极一一对应连接,所述的集成芯片的第2个pin脚、第4个pin脚、所述的电容的一端、所述的稳压管的阳极和三个NMOS管的源极并接,所述的集成芯片的第5个pin脚、所述的电容的另一端、所述的稳压管的阴极和所述的电阻的一端连接,所述的电阻的另一端和所述的电容的一端之间用于接入电源,三个NMOS管的漏极分别连接所述的LED发光单元中一种颜色的LED灯珠。
