Abstract
本实用新型属于止水带制备技术领域,具体的讲涉及一种钢边橡胶止水带制备装置。其主要技术特征为:包括用于制备钢边橡胶止水带的挤出机,用于定型所述挤出机挤出的钢边橡胶止水带的红外定型装置,用于硫化已经定型的钢边橡胶止水带的微波硫化装置,用于二次补充硫化的热风硫化装置,用于冷却钢边橡胶止水带的冷却装置,用于控制挤出过程中钢板橡胶止水带行进的牵引装置。本实用新型将传统的平板硫化机模压制备的钢边橡胶止水带改用挤出微波硫化工艺制备,制备效率大幅度提高,且无胶边、无硫化缺陷,节省人力物力,设备操作方便,易于控制管理。

技术领域
本实用新型属于止水带制备装置技术领域,具体的讲涉及一种能够连续化制备钢边橡胶止水带的制备装置。
背景技术
钢边橡胶止水带是止水带中较为常见的一种,其结构由止水橡胶带体和固定于其两侧的镀锌钢边组成,通过镀锌钢边与橡胶接触部位涂刷胶粘剂,与橡胶按要求放置通过加压硫化而成。目前采用平板硫化机硫化,为一模一个的进行制备;利用硫化机制备不仅制备效率低、胶边的生成率高,且容易出现硫化缺陷。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题就是提供一种流程简单、制备效率高的钢边橡胶止水带的制备装置。
为实现上述目的为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型所采用的技术方案为:
一种钢边橡胶止水带制备装置,依次包括
由喂料机构、带有真空排气系统的挤出工作区、复合机头、模具和可调节温控仪构成的止水橡胶带体的挤出机构;
钢边橡胶止水带毛坯成型机构;
包括传动辊、硫化通道、远红外加热板和温控操作箱、调速盒构成的红外定型机构构成的钢边橡胶止水带毛坯定型机构;
由微波硫化机构和热风硫化机构构成的钢边橡胶止水带毛坯硫化机构,且所述的微波硫化机构包括带有输送带和传送轮的输送装置、硫化通道、微波加热炉、温控操作箱、微波控制箱、调速盒,所述的热风硫化机构由第一和第二两段分别有输送带和传送轮的输送装置、硫化通道、加热管、温控操作箱、调速盒构成;
钢边橡胶止水带冷却机构和
设置的用于控制所述钢边橡胶止水带毛坯行进的牵引机构。
构成上述一种钢边橡胶止水带制备装置的附加技术特征还包括:
——所述的冷却机构包括导向轮、喷淋和吹干机构;
——所述的牵引机构配置于所述冷却机构后。
本实用新型所提供的一种钢边橡胶止水带制备装置与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
其一,由于该装置由橡胶止水带毛坯的挤出机构、成型机构、定型机构、硫化机构、冷却机构和牵引机构构成,因此可以使得钢边橡胶止水带形成流水线制备,并且由于每一道工序的工艺参数一致,因此所制备的钢边橡胶止水带的性能参数保持一致;
其二,由于该装置中的硫化采用采用微波硫化,不需要外部热源,而是向被加热的钢边橡胶止水带内部辐射微波,其加热过程在整个物体内同时进行,具有即时性、整体性、选择性和能量利用的高效性等特点;
其三,由于该装置采用了两段热风硫化机构对微波硫化后的橡胶止水带毛坯进行补充硫化,两种硫化工序配合使用,具有既节约能源、硫化效果又的特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型所提供的钢边橡胶止水带制备装置及其工作原理做进一步的详细说明。
如图1、2所示,为本实用新型所提供的一种钢边橡胶止水带的制备装置的前后段的结构示意图,上述前后两段连接构成该装置的结构,即该装置的结构依次包括:
由挤出动力机构1、喂料料斗2、带有真空排气系统3的挤出工作区4、钢边29与橡胶本体28的复合机头6、模具7和可调节温控仪5构成的钢边橡胶止水带(如图3所示)毛坯的挤出机构,
由传动辊13、硫化通道12、远红外加热板9、温控操作箱11和传动辊调速机构10构成的用于对钢边橡胶止水带毛坯硫化定型的红外定型装置14,
由包括输送带16、传送轮15构成的输送机构17、硫化通道12、加热管21、微波加热炉19、温控操作箱11、微波控制箱18和输送机构调速盒10构成的微波硫化机构20,
分别由输送带16和传送轮15的输送机构17、硫化通道12、加热管21、温控操作箱11、输送机构调速盒10构成的相连接的两段钢边橡胶止水带毛坯的热风硫化装置22,以及
由导向轮23、喷淋机构24和吹干机构26构成的钢边橡胶止水带毛坯冷却装置25,在该冷却装置25后设置有牵引机构27。
在挤出机构中设置有钢板橡胶止水带行进牵引装置8。
利用上述装置制备钢边橡胶止水带工艺步骤为:
1)开启挤出动力机构1,将用于制作钢边橡胶止水带28的胶料经挤出机构的喂料装置2进入挤出机工作区4,通过可调节温控仪5设置挤出机各段温度,从喂料装置2到模具7均设置为60℃,经过挤出工作区4的胶料通过挤出机构复合机头6到达模具7,由模具7挤出所需要的外形尺寸,在挤出过程中利用开启挤出工作区4的真空排气系统3排除胶料中多余的水份,以减少挤出后的钢边橡胶止水带毛坯在常压下硫化时产生气泡;
2)从模具7出来的钢边橡胶止水带毛坯成型品通过牵引机构8进入红外定型机构14,由远红外加热板9加温产生高温,通过温控操作箱11设定硫化温度为190℃,使进入硫化通道12的钢边橡胶止水带毛坯受热硫化定型,通过调速盒10调整传动辊13的速度,从而控制钢边橡胶止水带毛坯的行进速度;
3)经过红外定型后的钢边橡胶止水带毛坯通过带有输送带16和传送轮15的输送机构17进入微波硫化机构20,微波加热炉19产生微波进行加热硫化,通过温控操作箱11设定硫化温度为220℃,微波控制箱18调整微波硫化功率为5.0KW,通过向进入硫化通道12的钢边橡胶止水带毛坯内部辐射微波使其产生硫化反应,通过调速盒10调整输送机构17的速度,从而控制钢边橡胶止水带毛坯的行进速度。
4)从微波硫化机构20出来的钢边橡胶止水带毛坯通过带有输送带16和传送轮15的输送机构17进入热风硫化机构22的第Ⅰ段,由加热管21加温产生高温,通过温控操作箱11设定硫化温度为200℃,对进入硫化通道12的钢边橡胶止水带毛坯补充硫化,通过调速盒10调整输送机构17的速度控制钢边橡胶止水带毛坯的行进速度。之后进入与所述热风硫化机构22第Ⅰ段相同的第Ⅱ段,通过温控操作箱11设定硫化温度为190℃。
5)完成硫化的钢边橡胶止水带毛坯通过导向轮23进入冷却机构25,由喷淋机构24进行循环水冷却后再由吹干机构26对钢边橡胶止水带毛坯进行吹干处理。
6)吹干后的钢边橡胶止水带成品由牵引机构27拉出。
通过上述工序可以不间断的制备出性能参数几乎完全相同的钢边橡胶止水带。

1.一种钢边橡胶止水带制备装置,其特征在于:依次包括
由喂料机构、带有真空排气系统的挤出工作区、复合机头、模具和可调节温控仪构成的止水橡胶带体的挤出机构;
钢边橡胶止水带毛坯成型机构;
包括传动辊、硫化通道、远红外加热板和温控操作箱、调速盒构成的红外定型机构构成的钢边橡胶止水带毛坯定型机构;
由微波硫化机构和热风硫化机构构成的钢边橡胶止水带毛坯硫化机构,且所述的微波硫化机构包括带有输送带和传送轮的输送装置、硫化通道、微波加热炉、温控操作箱、微波控制箱、调速盒,所述的热风硫化机构由第一和第二两段分别有输送带和传送轮的输送装置、硫化通道、加热管、温控操作箱、调速盒构成;
钢边橡胶止水带冷却机构和
设置的用于控制所述钢边橡胶止水带毛坯行进的牵引机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢边橡胶止水带制备装置,其特征在于:所述的冷却机构包括导向轮、喷淋和吹干机构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢边橡胶止水带制备装置,其特征在于:所述的牵引机构配置于所述冷却机构后。
