技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种涂胶辊，特别是镭射膜转移机的涂胶辊。
背景技术
镭射膜转移机在生产镭射转移纸时，利用涂胶辊对镭射转移膜进行涂胶，涂胶后的转移膜与原纸通过复合辊进行复合，经烘干并剥离后，形成镭射转移纸。
现有的涂胶辊包括辊体和辊轴，在辊体的圆柱表面上雕刻有储胶网穴，储胶网穴的直径和雕刻深度一致，即每一个储胶网穴的储胶量相同，故其对镭射转移膜进行涂胶时，镭射转移膜宽度方向的涂胶量一致。在纸张与膜复合时，通常会出现两种不良情况，一是胶量过大，导致纸与膜复合时胶水外溢，使复合辊粘胶以及设备其它导纸辊粘胶，影响膜转移质量，并且需要经常停机对复合辊和导纸辊进行清洁，严重影响生产效率和转移纸产品质量；二是胶量不足导致产品转移不良，形成膜丢点或转移纸附着力差等质缺陷。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种镭射膜转移机的涂胶辊，在保证其对镭射转移膜的涂胶量充足的前提下，涂胶后的镭射转移膜与原纸进行复合时胶水不会外溢。
本实用新型所述的镭射膜转移机的涂胶辊，包括辊体和辊轴，在辊体的圆柱表面上雕刻有储胶网穴，储胶网穴的容积从辊体中间向两端逐渐减小。
所述储胶网穴的大小一致，其深度从辊体中间向两端逐渐减小。
本实用新型通过对辊体上储胶网穴容积的改变，使储胶网穴的容积从辊体中间向两端逐渐减小，从而使镭射转移膜涂胶面形成中间胶量大，两边胶量小的胶层。在镭射转移膜与原纸进行复合时，转移膜中部的胶水将向两侧移动，以补充转移膜两侧胶量的不足，这样不但保证了镭射转移膜上具有充足的胶量，而且涂胶后的镭射转移膜与原纸进行复合时胶水不会外溢。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图1和图2所示，该镭射膜转移机的涂胶辊包括辊体2和辊轴1，辊体2为圆柱体，在其圆柱表面上雕刻有储胶网穴3，每一个储胶穴3的大小一致，其深度从辊体2中间向两端逐渐减小，从而使储胶网穴3的容积从辊体2中间向两端逐渐减小。

1.镭射膜转移机的涂胶辊，包括辊体（2）和辊轴（1），在辊体的圆柱表面上雕刻有储胶网穴（3），其特征是：储胶网穴的容积从辊体中间向两端逐渐减小。
2.根据权利要求1所述的镭射膜转移机的涂胶辊，其特征是：所述储胶网穴（3）的大小一致，其深度从辊体（2）中间向两端逐渐减小。
