背景技术
目前挖土机、推土机、拖拉机等仿真车模的履带采用金属链相互扣接的结构，金属链车模履带的缺点是：金属链零件细小，结构复杂，制造及装饰工艺繁琐，金属链零件相互扣接及安装工作耗时多，效率低、成本高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述金属链车模履带的缺点，研制一种适用于挖土机、推土机、拖拉机等仿真车模串联塑胶链式履带，采用塑胶材料压制的塑胶链板，由二条弹性串联线从塑胶链板下部的串联孔穿过制成车模履带，结构简单，制造、串联及安装在车模的工作耗时少，效率高、成本低。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：仿真车模串联塑胶链式履带由塑胶链板和串联线组成。采用塑胶材料压制塑胶链板，塑胶链板的上部设有长方形或凹凸形的防滑面，塑胶链板的下部设有底座，底座的前端设有向前突出的半圆体，底座的后端设有向内凹形的联接槽。联接槽向内凹形的形状与底座前端半圆体的形状相吻合。联接槽的外侧设有装饰栓。底座的中部设有两个串联线穿孔。串联线是弹性的尼龙线或塑胶线。按设计要求的周长，依次把每个塑胶链板底座向前突出的半圆体插入前一个塑胶链板底座后端向内凹形的联接槽中，再用两条串联线从每个塑胶链板的两个串联线穿孔中穿过，把塑胶链板串联成活动连接环状的仿真车模串联塑胶链式履带。
本实用新型与现有技术相比的优点是：
本实用新型采用塑胶材料压制的塑胶链板，由二条弹性串联线从塑胶链板下部的串联孔穿过制成车模履带，结构简单，制造、串联及安装在车模的工作耗时少，效率高、成本低。

如图1-4所示，仿真车模串联塑胶链式履带由塑胶链板1和串联线2组成。采用塑胶材料压制塑胶链板1，塑胶链板1的上部设有凹凸形的防滑面3，塑胶链板1的下部设有底座4，底座4的前端设有向前突出的半圆体5，底座4的后端设有向内凹形的联接槽6。联接槽6向内凹形的形状与底座4前端半圆体5的形状相吻合。联接槽6外侧各设有一个圆柱形的装饰栓7。底座4的中部设有两个串联线穿孔8。串联线2是弹性的尼龙线。按设计要求的周长，依次把每个塑胶链板1底座4向前突出的半圆体5插入前一个塑胶链板1底座4后端向内凹形的联接槽6中，再用两条串联线2从每个塑胶链板1的两个串联线穿孔8中穿过，把塑胶链板1串联成活动连接环状的仿真车模串联塑胶链式履带9。

1.仿真车模串联塑胶链式履带，其特征在于：仿真车模串联塑胶链式履带由塑胶链板(1)和串联线(2)组成；塑胶链板(1)的上部设有防滑面(3)，塑胶链板(1)的下部设有底座(4)，底座(4)的前端设有向前突出的半圆体(5)，底座(4)的后端设有向内凹形的联接槽(6)，联接槽(6)的外侧设有装饰栓(7)，底座(4)的中部设有两个串联线穿孔(8)，依次把每个塑胶链板(1)的底座(4)向前突出的半圆体(5)插入前一个塑胶链板(1)底座(4)后端向内凹形的联接槽(6)中，再用两条串联线(2)从每个塑胶链板(1)的两个串联线穿孔(8)中穿过，把塑胶链板(1)串联成活动连接环状的仿真车模串联塑胶链式履带(9)。
