The design consists of the features of shape, ornament, pattern, and configuration of the GOOSENECK COUPLER FOR A TOWING VEHICLE shown in solid lines in the drawings. The stippled line portions do not form part of the design. FIGURE 1 is a perspective view of the gooseneck coupler for a towing vehicle showing the subject design; FIGURE 2 is a first side view of the gooseneck coupler for a towing vehicle shown in Figure 1; FIGURE 3 is a second side view of the gooseneck coupler for a towing vehicle shown in Figure 1; FIGURE 4 is a rear view of the gooseneck coupler for a towing vehicle shown in Figure1; FIGURE 5 is a front view of the gooseneck coupler for a towing vehicle shown in Figure1; FIGURE 6 is a top view of the gooseneck coupler for a towing vehicle shown in Figure 1; and FIGURE 7 is a bottom view of the gooseneck coupler for a towing vehicle shown in Figure 1.
