Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种腰椎后路侧置椎间固定融合器,包括呈弧形的融合板,所述融合板上开设有至少一个骨料填充腔,所述融合板的上下端面上均设置有提供初始稳定性的齿状结构,所述融合板的前侧端面上部设置有2个倾斜向上且偏向内侧的带螺纹的通孔,所述融合板的前侧端面下部设置有2个倾斜向下且偏向内侧的带螺纹的通孔,所述通孔内均安装有自攻螺钉,该自攻螺钉与通孔朝向一致。本实用新型可做到零切迹,直接植入椎间根系统,缩短手术时间,可单侧或双侧植入融合,确切有效,保留小关节活动度,防止邻近椎间退变加速。

本实用新型涉及一种腰椎后路侧置椎间固定融合器。
背景技术
随着患腰椎盘突出、颈椎突出病症的人日益增多,一些严重的患者只能通过手术切除病变的部位,再植入人工椎间融合器装置,但是目前椎间融合器一般是通过前置和后置的方式植入腰椎内,前置的方式因腹部各种器官的干扰而手术风险高,后置的方式也因神经密布而手术风险高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对上述现有技术存在的问题做出改进,即本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种腰椎后路侧置椎间固定融合器,不仅能够避开腹部大部分器官和腰椎的神经,而且还可以分成左右两部,单独植入或左右都植入融合器。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案是:一种腰椎后路侧置椎间固定融合器,包括呈弧形的融合板,所述融合板上开设有至少一个骨料填充腔,所述融合板的上下端面上均设置有提供初始稳定性的齿状结构,所述融合板的前侧端面上部设置有2个倾斜向上且偏向内侧的带螺纹的通孔,所述融合板的前侧端面下部设置有2个倾斜向下且偏向内侧的带螺纹的通孔,所述通孔内均安装有自攻螺钉,该自攻螺钉与通孔朝向一致。
进一步的,所述倾斜向上且偏向内侧的自攻螺钉与水平面的夹角均为40±5°,所述倾斜向下且偏向内侧的自攻螺钉与水平面的夹角均为40±5°,所述融合板的前侧端面上外侧的两个自攻螺钉与纵平面的夹角均为20±2.5°,所述融合板的前侧端面上内侧的两个自攻螺钉与纵平面的夹角均为10±2.5°。
进一步的,所述融合板由高纯度医用聚醚醚酮制成。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有以下有益效果:
1、零切迹,直接植入椎间根系统,缩短手术时间;
2、可单侧或双侧植入融合,确切有效;
3、保留小关节活动度,防止邻近椎间退变加速。

具体实施方式
实施例一:如图1~3所示,一种腰椎后路侧置椎间固定融合器,包括呈弧形的融合板1,所述融合板1上开设有两个骨料填充腔2,所述融合板1的上下端面上均设置有提供初始稳定性的齿状结构3,所述融合板1的前侧端面上部设置有两个倾斜向上且偏向内侧的带螺纹的通孔,所述融合板的前侧端面下部设置有两个倾斜向下且偏向内侧的带螺纹的通孔,所述通孔内均安装有自攻螺钉4,该自攻螺钉4与通孔朝向一致。
本实施例中,所述骨料填充腔2中在手术时填充人工骨或自提松质骨。
本实施例中,所述倾斜向上且偏向内侧的自攻螺钉4与水平面的夹角a均为40±5°,所述倾斜向下且偏向内侧的自攻螺钉4与水平面的夹角b均为40±5°,所述融合板1的前侧端面上外侧的两个自攻螺钉4与纵平面的夹角c均为20±2.5°,所述融合板1的前侧端面上内侧的两个自攻螺钉4与纵平面的夹角d均为10±2.5°。
本实施例中,所述自攻螺钉4直径为4.5mm。
本实施例中,所述融合板1由高纯度医用聚醚醚酮制成。
本实施例中,所述融合器的高度为7~13mm,宽度(分左右型)为14mm、15mm、16mm三种规格,长度20mm、25mm、30mm三种规格。

1.一种腰椎后路侧置椎间固定融合器,其特征在于:包括呈弧形的融合板,所述融合板上开设有至少一个骨料填充腔,所述融合板的上下端面上均设置有提供初始稳定性的齿状结构,所述融合板的前侧端面上部设置有2个倾斜向上且偏向内侧的带螺纹的通孔,所述融合板的前侧端面下部设置有2个倾斜向下且偏向内侧的带螺纹的通孔,所述通孔内均安装有自攻螺钉,该自攻螺钉与通孔朝向一致。
2.根据权利要求1所述的腰椎后路侧置椎间固定融合器,其特征在于:所述倾斜向上且偏向内侧的自攻螺钉与水平面的夹角均为40±5°,所述倾斜向下且偏向内侧的自攻螺钉与水平面的夹角均为40±5°,所述融合板的前侧端面上外侧的两个自攻螺钉与纵平面的夹角均为20±2.5°,所述融合板的前侧端面上内侧的两个自攻螺钉与纵平面的夹角均为10±2.5°。
