背景技术
电梯的轿顶检修箱、控制柜内的电路板按连接类型大致可分为两类:接线端子式和接插件式,无论是接线端子式和接插件式,都有大量的导线连接,由于线路较多,接线端子或者接插件数量也多,对于施工安装和后期检修来说工作量很大,并且容易出错。
实用新型内容
针对上述技术问题,本实用新型提供一种接线方便、结构简单清晰的接插件板,具体的技术方案为:
电梯线缆接插件板,包括印制电路板,印制电路板根据设计布置有电子元器件和导线,印制电路板上还安装有包括接插件和端子,接插件和端子用于将印制电路板的导线和外接导线连接。
所述的端子为可拆卸式,包括上端子和下端子,上端子安装在下端子上,并通过连接装置连接,下端子安装在印制电路板上;所述的上端子包括接线螺丝和位于接线螺丝下端的触点,外接导线的一端通过接线螺丝固定在触点的顶部上;所述的下端子包括触头和引脚,触头和引脚连接,上端子安装在下端子上时,触点的底部与触头接触接通电路,引脚与印制电路板上导线连接。
所述的触点还包括侧翼,侧翼卡在上端子内的空腔内,并可以在空腔内上下移动,从而使得触点在上端子内可以上下移动。
本实用新型提供的电梯线缆接插件板,可以将控制系统内部的线路和电子元器件设计在印刷电路板上,需要和外部通过外接导线连接的部分安装端子或者接插件,减少整个插件板上的导线,使得插件版结构简单,便于安装和检修。

具体实施方式
结合附图说明本实用新型的具体实施方式,如图1所示,电梯线缆接插件板,包括印制电路板1,印制电路板1根据设计布置有电子元器件和导线,印制电路板1上还安装有包括接插件3和端子2,接插件3和端子2用于将印制电路板1的导线和外接导线4连接。
所述的接插件3采用插件插针一体式接插件。
如图2所示,所述的端子2为可拆卸式,包括上端子21和下端子22,上端子21安装在下端子22上,并通过连接装置连接,下端子22安装在印制电路板1上;所述的上端子21包括接线螺丝211和位于接线螺丝211下端的触点212,外接导线4的一端通过接线螺丝211固定在触点212的顶部2121上;所述的下端子22包括触头221和引脚222,触头221和引脚222连接,上端子21安装在下端子22上时,触点212的底部2122与触头221接触接通电路,引脚222与印制电路板1上导线连接。
可拆卸的端子方便接线和检修、更换。
所述的触点212还包括侧翼2123,侧翼2123卡在上端子21内的空腔213内,并可以在空腔213内上下移动,从而使得触点212在上端子21内可以上下移动。
触点212可以上下移动可以确保接线螺丝211、外接导线4、触点212以及触头221之间连接紧密。
该电梯线缆接插件板可以用于电梯轿顶检修箱、控制柜等电气线路的连接。

1.电梯线缆接插件板,其特征在于:包括印制电路板,印制电路板根据设计布置有电子元器件和导线,印制电路板上还安装有包括接插件和端子,接插件和端子用于将印制电路板的导线和外接导线连接;所述的端子为可拆卸式,包括上端子和下端子,上端子安装在下端子上,并通过连接装置连接,下端子安装在印制电路板上;所述的上端子包括接线螺丝和位于接线螺丝下端的触点,外接导线的一端通过接线螺丝固定在触点的顶部上;所述的下端子包括触头和引脚,触头和引脚连接,上端子安装在下端子上时,触点的底部与触头接触接通电路,引脚与印制电路板上导线连接。
