本实用新型涉及一种连续油管设备专用吊装井架,包括井架运输支撑平台、井架回转底座、井架伸缩臂、第一伸缩缸及第二伸缩缸,它们之间通过相互的转动和铰接建立了连接关系,其特征在于,还包括注入头安装平台,所述注入头安装平台上设有杠杆臂,所述杠杆臂的一端与所述注入头安装平台固定连接,另一端与所述第二伸缩缸的柱塞端铰接,所述第二伸缩缸的缸体端与所述井架伸缩臂铰接。所述杠杆臂及第二伸缩缸成对设置,分别设于所述井架伸缩臂的两侧。本实用新型的有益效果是:能使注入头与油井的位置快速对中,降低了工人劳动强度并节约了安装成本。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及石油钻采设备领域,尤其涉及一种连续油管设备专用吊装井架。
背景技术
在油田井场,安装转运连续油管设备是经常要做的工作。由于连续油管注入头重量大,对其移动必须通过吊运设备。目前国内外连续油管作业现场常用的吊运设备是门式井架、塔式井架、A式井架、吊车等。若采用直立门式井架提升注入头,需要通过天车或大钩等方式,注入头和井口位置的调节很不方便;若采用A型井架,由于其一般由多段井架拼接组成,现场装拆劳动强度大,且高空作业非常危险,费时费工,且装拆时易造成各杆件损伤;由于管材的损坏、变形、丢失等,使得再次安装更为困难,而且运输不便。还有可采用一些可移动井架,但在一口井完井周期结束后,需全部拆除,搬运至新井处,再重新安装,费时费力,工作效率低;若采用吊车吊运注入头,操作手需在吊车平台上操作,与吊臂间距离近,不能实现远程控制,操作不安全且不方便。尤其是将注入头在一组相邻井口之间的移动,上述方式均有不便,即使将注入头移到新的井口,连续油管的伸展方向也较难适应油管滚筒的放管导向。另外,上述吊运设备在吊运过程中很难保证注入头能始终处于垂直位置,不利于操作安全和对位。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种能使注入头快速移位、与井口对位准确的连续油管设备专用吊装井架。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种连续油管设备专用吊装井架,包括井架运输支撑平台、井架回转底座、井架伸缩臂、第一伸缩缸及第二伸缩缸,其特征在于,还包括注入头安装平台,所述井架回转底座与所述井架运输支撑平台之间通过转动机构连接,所述井架伸缩臂的下端与所述井架回转底座铰接,所述第一伸缩缸的缸体端和柱塞端分别与所述井架回转底座及井架伸缩臂铰接;所述注入头安装平台与所述井架伸缩臂的上端铰接,所述注入头安装平台上设有杠杆臂,所述杠杆臂的一端与所述注入头安装平台固定连接,另一端与所述第二伸缩缸的柱塞端铰接,所述第二伸缩缸的缸体端与所述井架伸缩臂铰接。
本实用新型的有益效果是:采用本实用新型吊装注入头等连续油管设备快速方便,操作安全简单。由于本实用新型的伸缩臂具备多方位的自由度,可以通过伸缩来调整远近,可以通过第一伸缩缸来调整倾角,可以通过第二伸缩缸来保持注入头安装平台的水平,因此操作便易,降低了工人劳动强度及操作费用,提高了工作效率和安全性。尤其当在一排相邻油井之间转运时,使用本实用新型能使注入头与油井的位置快速对中,方便了连续油管在注入头和连续油管滚筒支架间的快速衔接,因而更显安全、便捷。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本实用新型还可以做如下改进。
进一步,所述注入头安装平台包括台架及设于所述台架上的转盘机构,所述转盘机构的中部设有通孔。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是,由于注入头可以在注入头安装平台的转盘机构上转动方位,大大方便了连续油管与油管滚筒之间的方向衔接。
进一步,所述井架运输支撑平台采用半挂车装载形式、底盘车装载形式或者橇装形式,所述井架运输支撑平台的两侧设有至少一对扩展支腿。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是,本实用新型可以适合多种车载形式,便于因地制宜使用。
进一步,所述井架伸缩臂包括至少两节相互套接的力臂。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是,可以选择不同节数的伸缩臂以适应不同的需求。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本实用新型,并非用于限定本实用新型的范围。
如图1到6所示,一种连续油管设备专用吊装井架,包括井架运输支撑平台1、井架回转底座2、井架伸缩臂3、第一伸缩缸4及第二伸缩缸5,还包括注入头安装平台7,所述井架回转底座2与所述井架运输支撑平台1之间通过转动机构连接,所述井架伸缩臂的下端与所述井架回转底座2铰接,所述第一伸缩缸4的缸体端和柱塞端分别与所述井架回转底座2及井架伸缩臂3铰接;所述注入头安装平台7与所述井架伸缩臂3的上端铰接,所述注入头安装平台7上设有杠杆臂6,所述杠杆臂6的一端与所述注入头安装平台固定连接,另一端与所述第二伸缩缸的柱塞端铰接,所述第二伸缩缸5的缸体端与所述井架伸缩臂3铰接连接。所述杠杆臂6呈“V”形弯折结构。
所述注入头安装平台7包括台架及设于所述台架上的转盘机构8,所述转盘机构8的中部设有通孔。所述转盘机构8包括设于其底部的回转支承8-1,所述回转支承8-1包括齿圈,在所述注入头安装平台7上还设有与所述齿圈相啮合的齿轮8-2,用于驱动转盘机构8转动。所述转盘机构8的结构除了通过回转支承与齿轮啮合的形式外,还可以采用连杆机构或链条传动等其它方式驱动转盘机构转动。
所述井架运输支撑平台1采用半挂车装载形式、底盘车装载形式或者橇装形式的支撑平台,所述井架运输支撑平台的两侧设有两对扩展支腿9。
所述转动机构采用类似汽车吊的转动结构。
所述井架伸缩臂3包括至少两节相互套接的力臂。
所述杠杆臂6及第二伸缩缸5成对设置,分别设于所述井架伸缩臂的两侧。这种对称结构稳定牢靠,增加了井架的安全性能。
本实用新型的工作原理是,在需要吊装注入头时,先将注入头10放置在所述注入头安装平台的转盘机构8上,然后根据要到达的井口位置,通过转动井架回转底座2以调节方位,通过调节井架伸缩臂3长短以使注入头安装平台7移到井口上方;通过第一伸缩缸4和第二伸缩缸5在电控装置控制下的联动以保证在调节井架伸缩臂3倾角过程中,使注入头10始终处于水平位置,可以通过在所述注入头安装平台7上设置角位移传感器来检测其位置是否水平。这样能非常快捷的实现连续油管作业中注入头装置的安装,同时还能够保证不卸载注入头的情况下实现一定范围内不同作业井的注入头装置与井口装置连接的需要,适应各个角度各个位置的井口。且操作时可与连续油管作业车配合使用,通过液压或电驱动,将各种操作转移至连续油管作业车控制室内,保证操作的安全性。

Claims (4)
1.一种连续油管设备专用吊装井架,包括井架运输支撑平台、井架回转底座、井架伸缩臂、第一伸缩缸及第二伸缩缸,其特征在于,还包括注入头安装平台,所述井架回转底座与所述井架运输支撑平台之间通过转动机构连接,所述井架伸缩臂的下端与所述井架回转底座铰接,所述第一伸缩缸的缸体端和柱塞端分别与所述井架回转底座及井架伸缩臂铰接;所述注入头安装平台与所述井架伸缩臂的上端铰接,所述注入头安装平台上设有杠杆臂,所述杠杆臂的一端与所述注入头安装平台固定连接,另一端与所述第二伸缩缸的柱塞端铰接,所述第二伸缩缸的缸体端与所述井架伸缩臂铰接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连续油管设备专用吊装井架,其特征在于,所述注入头安装平台包括台架及设于所述台架上的转盘机构,所述转盘机构的中部设有通孔。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的连续油管设备专用吊装井架,其特征在于,所述井架运输支撑平台采用半挂车装载形式、底盘车装载形式或者橇装形式,所述井架运输支撑平台的两侧设有至少一对扩展支腿。
4.根据权利要求1所述的连续油管设备专用吊装井架,其特征在于,所述井架伸缩臂包括至少两节相互套接的力臂。
