本实用新型涉及一种门,更具体地说，它涉及一种防火门。
背景技术
防火门是各类建筑中常见的可启闭的防火隔构件，符合要求的防火门应具有良好的耐高温，隔热及防烟雾穿透的性能，有隔火功能的同时不影响平时的正常使用，一般防火门内都有防火材料，珍珠岩就是性能优良的材料之一，由珍珠岩颗粒支撑门芯板，设置在门扇中，但是使用普通工艺制成的珍珠岩门芯板脆性较大，韧性差，珍珠岩门芯板容易破裂，珍珠岩颗粒剥落。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术存在的不足，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种珍珠岩不容易剥落，破裂的防火门。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供了如下技术方案：一种防火门，包括门扇，门扇由门板，门芯板，框架组成，所述的门芯板固定在门扇的框架上，所述的门芯板由若干根钢筋与珍珠岩颗粒通过粘合剂浇注而成，所述的门芯板上有钢筋延伸部，门芯板通过钢筋延伸部与框架固定，所述的门芯板表面粘合有无纺布，所述的门板与门芯板通过耐高温粘合剂粘合，所述的门板上固定有装饰板。
通过采用上述技术方案，一种防火门，包括门扇，门扇由门板，门芯板，框架组成，所述的门芯板固定在门扇的框架上，所述的门芯板由若干根钢筋与珍珠岩颗粒通过粘合剂浇注而成，珍珠岩材料健康环保，且具有较好的隔热，防火效果，珍珠岩颗粘合成的板，比较脆，缺乏韧性，珍珠岩颗粒通过粘合剂将钢筋包裹在内，加入钢筋提高其韧性，使门芯板不容易受外力冲击而破裂；所述的门芯板上有钢筋延伸部，门芯板通过钢筋延伸部与框架固定，使用钢筋固定比使用粘合剂固定耐久较度，由钢筋固定住门芯板，稳定性，可靠性好，同时门芯板独立制造与填充相比，工艺较为简单，可减少制造成本；所述的门芯板两面复合有无纺布，所述的门芯板表面粘合有无纺布，所述的门板与门芯板通过耐高温粘合剂粘合，所述的门板上固定有装饰板，使用无纺可以避免珍珠岩颗粒的剥落，使用无纺布可以使门板与门芯板粘连更牢靠，所述的门板上设有装饰板，美观效果。
