the heater comprises a heat conductor and a heating body, wherein the heat conductor is an insulating medium made of ceramic materials, the heating body is a resistance wire, the heating body is arranged in the heat conductor, the insulating medium wraps the heating body, the heating body is connected with the conductive leading-out pins, and the heating body is connected with the battery through the conductive leading-out pins.
