本实用新型公开了大型液化天然气储罐穹顶气顶升密封结构,它包括与预应力墙紧密接触的镀锌钢板,镀锌钢板表面粘贴有聚乙烯板,在拱顶板边缘一周安装有固定圈,所述的镀锌钢板以及聚乙烯板下部设置有多个矩形槽。本实用新型的有益效果:将密封装置的大面积密封变为间隙密封,降低了气顶过程中的摩擦力,节省了材料,提高安全性和可靠性,同时节省由于弯曲镀锌板而引起的人员体力消耗,同时使固定圈与拱顶板的夹角变大,使得密封材料的弯曲变得容易,减少了施工人员的体力消耗,提高了效率。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种密封结构,特别适用于大型液化天然气储罐穹顶气顶升密封结构。
背景技术
LNG,即液化天然气的英文缩写,LNG是通过在常压下将气态的天然气冷却至-162℃,使之液化成为液体形成的。天然气液化后不仅可以大大节约储运空间降低储存成本,而且具有热值大、性能高等优点,深受广大消费者喜爱,因此对液化天然气及其设备的研究具有很重要的意义。LNG储罐的设计和施工是LNG接收站的核心部分也是LNG项目中的重中之重。
大型LNG储罐的罐顶安装一般采用气顶升的方法,利用拱顶与外罐混凝土罐壁之间可形成相对密闭空间的特点,使用鼓风机向储罐拱顶以下的密闭空间内源源不断地输送一定量的低压空气,使罐顶钢结构在克服自重及与外罐罐壁之间摩擦力的情况下,按照预定路径平稳上升至设计高度,并实现与罐顶承压环连接的过程。在整个气顶升过程中密封装置尤为重要。如图1所示的现有密封结构为与预应力(PC)墙1紧密接触的镀锌钢板2,在镀锌钢板2表面粘贴密封材料聚乙烯板3,在拱顶板4边缘一周安装固定圈5,镀锌钢板与固定圈用螺栓6联结。目前结构存在的缺点是:镀锌钢板和聚乙烯板需要依靠大面积接触来起到密封作用,导致在气顶过程中镀锌钢板和PC墙之间存在较大的摩擦阻力,并且浪费材料;PC墙内壁平整度不是很高,可能会出现突出点翘起钢板,使密封失效;固定圈与拱顶板形成的夹角过小,需要工作者耗费较大的力气将镀锌钢板弯曲。
发明内容
本实用新型的主要目的在于克服已有技术的不足,提供一种降低了气顶过程中的摩擦力,节省材料,使得密封材料的弯曲变得容易,提高了效率的大型液化天然气储罐穹顶气顶升密封结构。
本实用新型的目的是由以下技术方案实现的:
本实用新型的大型液化天然气储罐穹顶气顶升密封结构,它包括与预应力墙紧密接触的镀锌钢板,镀锌钢板表面粘贴有聚乙烯板,在拱顶板边缘一周安装有固定圈,所述的镀锌钢板以及聚乙烯板下部设置有多个矩形槽。
本实用新型的有益效果:将密封装置的大面积密封变为间隙密封,降低了气顶过程中的摩擦力,节省了材料,提高安全性和可靠性,同时节省由于弯曲镀锌板而引起的人员体力消耗,同时使固定圈与拱顶板的夹角变大,使得密封材料的弯曲变得容易,减少了施工人员的体力消耗,提高了效率。

具体实施方式
如图2、3所示的本实用新型的大型液化天然气储罐穹顶气顶升密封结构,它包括与预应力墙1紧密接触的镀锌钢板2,镀锌钢板表面粘贴有聚乙烯板3,镀锌钢板以及紧贴于其表面的聚乙烯板下部设置有多个矩形槽,避免了因PC墙平整度不高产生突出点翘起密封板使密封失效情况的发生,提高了气顶过程的安全性,同时减小了密封板与PC墙的接触面积,降低了气顶过程中的摩擦阻力,大大节省了材料,在拱顶板4边缘一周安装固定圈5,固定圈与拱顶板的夹角为90°,夹角变大使得密封材料的弯曲变得容易,减少了施工人员的体力消耗,提高了效率,镀锌钢板与固定圈用螺栓6联结,安装后的镀锌钢板在螺栓和混凝土罐壁的作用力下,自然形成弧度,且与混凝土罐壁紧密接触。
如图4,图5所示为PC墙平整度不高而产生的突出点时密封结构与其接触的两种情况,从图中4可以清晰看出,当突出点恰好位于矩形槽内时,可以很好的保证密封装置与PC墙之间的紧密接触,此新型密封结构可以巧妙解决突出点问题,提高气顶升的安全性。图5中,当突出点位于矩形槽外时,虽然镀锌钢板与PC墙之间存在微小间隙,但是利用流体通过微小间隙时产生流动阻力同样可以达到理想密封效果。
本装置由于镀锌钢板以及紧贴于其表面的聚乙烯板的下部形状为矩形槽,避免了因PC墙平整度不高产生突出点翘起密封板使密封失效情况的发生,提高了气顶过程的安全性,同时减小了镀锌钢板与PC墙的接触面积,降低了气顶过程中的摩擦阻力,大大节省了材料;固定圈5与拱顶板4的夹角为90°,使得密封材料的弯曲变得容易,减少了施工人员的体力消耗,提高了效率。
