本实用新型涉及一种变压器相间隔板结构。
背景技术
传统的变压器的相间结构都是简单的两块绝缘纸板,这种传统的相间隔板结构,相间距离很大才能满足电气要求,增加了铁心的用量,即增加了制造成本。
实用新型内容
实用新型目的:本实用新型针对现有技术的不足,提供一种变压器相间隔板结构,以减少相间距离,保证满足电气要求的前提下,减少铁芯用量,从而节省制造变压器的成本。
技术方案:一种变压器相间隔板结构,包括两绝缘隔板,缘撑条板,若干撑条,所述绝缘撑条板两面分别设有若干相互平行且间距相等的撑条,绝缘撑条板通过两绝缘隔板的挤压力安装在两绝缘隔板之间,绝缘隔板为上下两端90°向外弯折的纸板,撑条在绝缘撑板条每面固定7到9条,所述的撑条与绝缘撑条板板面垂直。。
有益效果:本实用新型所述的相间隔板结构包括两绝缘隔板以及挤压于前述两绝缘隔板之间的撑条板,且撑条板面向于两绝缘隔板的板面上分别间隔地设置有多个撑条,因此,可以增加该相间隔板结构的爬电距离,从而使其电气性能增加,因此可使相间的距离大为减少,从而减少铁心的用量,节约成本。

如图1所示,变压器相间隔板结构,包括两绝缘隔板1,缘撑条板2和撑条21,绝缘撑条板2与撑条21安装于两绝缘隔板1之间且分别与两绝缘隔板1的内侧面贴合(绝缘撑条板2与撑条挤压于两绝缘隔板1之间);如图2所示,绝缘撑条板2两面分别设有若干相互平行且间距相等的撑条21,撑条21在绝缘撑板2每面设有9条;如图3所示,撑条21与绝缘撑条板2板面垂直,如图4、图5所示,绝缘隔板1为上下两端90°向外弯折的纸板,在图4中,向外弯折的部分的标号为11。

1. 一种变压器相间隔板结构,包括两绝缘隔板以及绝缘撑条板,其特征在于,所述绝缘撑条板通过两绝缘隔板的挤压力安装在两绝缘隔板之间;所述绝缘撑条板两侧面分别设有若干撑条。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的变压器相间隔板结构,其特征在于:所述绝缘隔板为上下两端90°向外弯折的纸板。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的变压器相间隔板结构,其特征在于:所述撑条间隔相等且相互平行,并垂直于绝缘撑条板的板面。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的变压器相间隔板结构,其特征在于:所述的撑条在绝缘撑板条两面分别固定7到9条。
