Abstract

有纵向线架的丰字型输电铁塔,属于输配电工程技术领域。是在塔头原横担的外伸端加设纵向线架。纵向线架由线架和连架组成。线架由一上一下的两个平架面和一前一后的两个竖架面组成。平架面由线架主材、平面平腹杆、平面斜腹杆组成。竖架面由线架主材、竖面竖腹杆、竖面斜腹杆组成。线架左右两个端头有端腹杆,并挂有吊线绝缘子串。连架由一个平连面和两个竖连面组成。平连面由连架主材、连架斜腹杆、连架纵腹杆组成。竖连面由连架主材、原横担斜主材和连接二者的腹杆组成。能节省一基分歧塔,节省线路200m,线路改造省工省时停电少;线路走廊窄;耕地占用少。用于双回输电线路主歧线路的歧接塔。

技术领域
本实用新型属于输配电工程领域。 
背景技术
高压输电线路在主歧线路的歧接点,采用π接线路方式,技术成熟,应用广泛。但是,这种线路方式需要3基分歧塔。三基塔建在地面,主歧路导线连接,从高空俯视,业内惯称π接,实际形似“V”字,这就造成导线用量大,线路走廊宽,占地面积多,耕地赔偿高。为节省线路成本,节约占用耕地,缩短建设工期,需要有更加科学经济的线路歧接技术。 
发明内容
有纵向线架的丰字型输电铁塔,要解决的技术问题是:用一基分歧塔实现线路歧接。采用的技术方案是:在主线路的分歧塔的架线横担上加设纵向线架。 
有纵向线架的丰字型输电铁塔(图1)是在塔头原横担A的外伸端加设纵向线架。纵向线架由线架和连架组成。线架由一上一下的两个平架面5和一前一后的两个竖架面9组成。平架面5由线架主材6、平面平腹杆7、平面斜腹杆8组成。竖架面9由线架主材6、竖面竖腹杆11、竖面斜腹杆10组成。线架左右两个端头面有端腹杆12。 
连架由一个平连面1和两个竖连面组成。平连面1由连架主材4、连架斜腹杆3、连架纵腹杆2组成。竖连面由连架主材4、原横担A的斜主材B和连接二者的腹杆组成。 
各主材与各腹杆的连接:形成双杆节点的用螺栓直连;形成三杆以上节点的通过连接板连接。 
线架左右两个端头,各有两串绝缘子串,用于吊挂主歧线路的导线,并用跳线将主歧线路连接。 
上中下三个横担的纵向线架的线架平架面5在横担之上;地线架的纵向线架的线架平架面5在地线架之下。 
有纵向线架的丰字型输电铁塔的有益效果是:1、节省一基分歧塔,节省双分歧塔与歧线首塔间的线路200m;线路改造停电施工,可减少一个施工点,缩短停电时间,减少危险点。2、线路走廊窄。3、占用耕地少。

具体实施方式
线架采用方形桁架。与原横担A衔接的中间段采用双腹杆架面;吊挂导线的两悬臂端采用单腹杆架面。连架的平连面1采用双腹杆结构;两个竖连面采用单腹杆结构。斜腹杆配置取向,使之承载时受拉。绝缘子串挂于多杆节点。铁塔其余结构,继承现行丰字型铁塔结构。

1.有纵向线架的丰字型输电铁塔,是在塔头原横担A的外伸端加设纵向线架,其特征是:纵向线架由线架和连架组成;线架由一上一下的两个平架面(5)和一前一后的两个竖架面(9)组成;连架由一个平连面(1)和两个竖连面组成;线架左右两个端头,各有两串绝缘子串;塔头上中下三个横担、地线架的外伸端各有一个纵向线架。
2.根据权利要求1所述的有纵向线架的丰字型输电铁塔,其特征是:平架面(5)由线架主材(6)、平面平腹杆(7)、平面斜腹杆(8)组成;竖架面(9)由线架主材(6)、竖面竖腹杆(11)、竖面斜腹杆(10)组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的有纵向线架的丰字型输电铁塔,其特征是:平连面(1)由连架主材(4)、连架斜腹杆(3)、连架纵腹杆(2)组成;竖连面由连架主材(4)、原横担A的斜主材B和连接二者的腹杆组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的有纵向线架的丰字型输电铁塔,其特征是:上中下三个横担的纵向线架的线架平架面(5)在横担之上;地线架的纵向线架的线架平架面(5)在地线架之下。
