技术领域
本实用新型涉及水泥窑的余热发电系统,具体涉及回转窑窑尾的余热发电。 
背景技术
水泥生产的窑尾一般不设冷却设备,其窑尾的温度较低,由于回转窑工作时不停转动,因此相对回转窑其他部分,窑尾的低品位热源一般都会被浪费掉,其原因是现有的取热系统由于回转窑转动状态的存在导致结构复杂,导热效果变差。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对上述现有技术存在的不足,提供一种水泥回转窑窑尾余热发电系统,其能够大面积的将窑尾热量导出,同时结构简单,能够适应回转窑的转动工作状态。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:水泥回转窑窑尾余热发电系统,包含支架,支架上转动安装回转窑本体,回转窑本体外表面安装导热套管,导热套管的外圆周面均匀的开设转动槽,转动槽上转动安装导热片,导热片为圆环形结构,导热片的外表面固定安装在集热套管的内壁上;集热套管为中空结构,其内填充水;集热套管的一端为出水管,另一端安装进水管,进水管连通至水箱;出水管连接至锅炉,锅炉将热蒸汽送入汽轮机后发电。 
进一步的是:上述出水管,进水管上均安装有阀门,进水管上安装水泵。 
本实用新型的有益效果是: 
本实用新型水泥回转窑窑尾余热发电系统,通过在窑尾(回转窑本体的 一部分)外部包裹导热套管来导热,导热套管上的转动安装集热套管,集热套管通过转动安装的导热片来导热,导热片一方面将热量快速导致集热套管,另一方面可以在回转窑转动的同时保证集热套管可以不转动;集热套管用来加热水,最终的水只需要锅炉进行简单的气化加热即可实现蒸汽发电。

优选的,上述出水管3,进水管上均安装有阀门4,进水管上安装水泵。

1.水泥回转窑窑尾余热发电系统,包含支架(1),支架(1)上转动安装回转窑本体(2),其特征在于:回转窑本体(2)外表面安装导热套管(5),导热套管(5)的外圆周面均匀的开设转动槽(9),转动槽(9)上转动安装导热片(8),导热片(8)为圆环形结构,导热片(8)的外表面固定安装在集热套管(6)的内壁上;集热套管(6)为中空结构,其内填充水;集热套管(6)的一端为出水管(3),另一端安装进水管,进水管连通至水箱(7);出水管(3)连接至锅炉,锅炉将热蒸汽送入汽轮机后发电。
