一种瞬时加固密封装具，属于电力行业施工维修装备。本实用新型的主体部分为两个对称的密闭式外壳，其特征在于，上壳体与下壳体内分别放置一次性使用的上内壳和下内壳，上内壳和下内壳为对称密闭式结构，上、下壳体与上、下内壳之间留有均匀间隙，下壳体上有灌注孔通过管道连接灌注控制器和快干胶罐。本实用新型的优点是：在需要进行密封的带电装具上，使用本装置进行快速处理，可以瞬间形成防护性保护罩。该保护罩经久耐用，耐高压，密封性能好。拆卸时使用专用刀具，方便快捷。特别适用于电力维修作业。

本实用新型属于电力行业施工维修装备。
背景技术
目前，在电力行业施工维修作业中，经常会遇到需要密封的部件。通常情况下使用制式的密封部件，然后人工灌注密封胶，或者用胶带直接缠绕。这种方法完全是手工操作，费时费力，技术不熟练的操作人员还会留下质量隐患，亟需改进。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是研制一种适用于电力行业施工维修中对部件进行密封的装具。
本实用新型的技术方案是：本实用新型的主体部分为两个对称的密闭式外壳，其特征在于，上壳体与下壳体内分别放置一次性使用的上内壳和下内壳，上内壳和下内壳为对称密闭式结构，上、下壳体与上、下内壳之间留有均匀间隙，下壳体上有灌注孔通过管道连接灌注控制器和快干胶罐。
本实用新型的有益效果：在需要进行密封的带电装具上，使用本装置进行快速处理，可以瞬间形成防护性保护罩。该保护罩经久耐用，耐高压，密封性能好。拆卸时使用专用刀具，方便快捷。特别适用于电力维修作业。

具体实施方式
如附图1所示，本实用新型的主体部分为两个对称的密闭式外壳，上壳体1与下壳体2内分别放置一次性使用的上内壳3和下内壳4，上内壳3和下内壳4为对称密闭式结构。上壳体1与下壳体2为金属或工程塑料制成，内壁经过抛光处理。上内壳3和下内壳4由PVC等类似材料制成。
上、下壳体与上、下内壳之间留有均匀间隙，下壳体2上有灌注孔通过管道5连接灌注控制器6和快干胶罐。灌注控制器6上设有控制按钮7，用以控制灌注进程。
当需要对某个供电部件进行密封时，首先将该部件套装上内壳3和下内壳4，对扣严密后再把上壳体1和下壳体2套在上内壳3和下内壳4外边。对扣严密后按下灌注控制器6上的控制按钮7，开始灌注快干胶。灌注完成数分钟后（根据快干胶参数决定等待时间），打开上壳体1和下壳体2完成密封操作。
上壳体1、下壳体2和一次性使用的上内壳3、下内壳4均为配套使用，对于不同的供电部件备有不同容积规格的品种以供选择。

1.一种瞬时加固密封装具，主体部分为两个对称的密闭式外壳，其特征在于：上壳体（1）与下壳体（2）内分别放置一次性使用的上内壳（3）和下内壳（4），上内壳（3）和下内壳（4）为对称密闭式结构，上、下壳体与上、下内壳之间留有均匀间隙，下壳体（2）上有灌注孔通过管道（5）连接灌注控制器（6）和快干胶罐。
