背景技术
目前所使用的刹车片,一般都是以树脂、石棉、铁粉、硫酸钡等材料为主制成的,这种刹车片在刹车过程中,因其散热性能差,热容量低,高速刹车时产生高温易碳化,从而丧失刹车功能出现危险。 
    发明内容 
本实用新型的目的在于提供设计结构简单、成本低廉的碳陶基复合刹车片,其技术方案为:片体上设有钢背,在钢背一侧安装有多个碳陶基复合摩擦块,在碳陶基复合摩擦块的外围设有加强层。
本实用新型设计合理实用,制造工艺简单,生产成本低,实现了高温刹车不变形,保证了刹车制动的稳定性,适合普遍推广使用。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,碳陶基复合刹车片。主要由片体1、碳陶基复合摩擦块2、加强层3和钢背4构成;片体1上设有钢背4,在钢背4一侧安装有多个碳陶基复合摩擦块2,在碳陶基复合摩擦块2的外围设有加强层3。 
本实用新型碳陶基复合摩擦块(2)与钢背(4)之间具有低熔点金属烧结结构层,且在碳陶基复合摩擦块(2)的外围增设了加强层(3)。本实用新型具有良好的刹车性能,耐热耐磨,使用寿命长。
