Abstract

本实用新型为一字形锥度连接钎头,属凿岩机钎具。主要解决凿岩作业中无法用电锤钻凿小孔的问题,现有的钎头只能钻凿Φ20以上的孔,而小于Φ20的孔无法作业,本实用新型足以填补此空白。一字型锥度连接钎头由合金片和钎头体构成,二者用中频焊焊接,钎头体一端为圆锥体,另一端为圆柱体,圆锥体上焊接合金片,圆柱体内制有内孔,端头一段为圆锥孔,用以和钎杆连接,圆柱体上开有水孔,水孔与内孔相通。本实用新型经钎杆连接与凿岩机配套用于凿岩作业中钻凿小孔。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及凿岩机钎具,具体是一种一字形锥度连接钎头。
背景技术
目前使用的锥度连接钎头凿岩直径在Φ20以上,小于Φ20的钎头由于外形尺寸小,加工中容易变形,因而制造难度大,且质量难以保证,以致钎具厂家极少生产。而凿岩作业中往往要钻凿Φ20以下如Φ16、Φ18等小孔,这就需要小直径锥度连接钎头。
发明内容
本实用新型为满足凿岩生产的实际需要,提供一种小直径一字形锥度连接钎头,以实现Φ20以下小孔的钻凿。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:一字形锥度连接钎头包括钎头体和合金片,钎头体一头为圆锥体,圆锥体上制有合金槽,合金槽中安装合金片,二者用中频焊接焊为一体,圆锥体后部为圆柱体,圆柱体部分制有内孔,端头的一段孔为圆锥孔,圆柱体上制有斜向水孔,水孔与内孔相通。
和现有钎头相比,本实用新型具有下述优点:1、其结构可制造小型钎头,用以钻凿小孔,弥补了现有钎头不能钻小孔的不足,从而满足凿岩作业的需要,且应用广泛;2、结构简单,便于加工制造并易于保证质量;3、钎头与钻机经钎杆连接,拆装方便;4、选用综合机械性能良好的材料制造,可承受凿岩过程中复杂的交变应力,提高钎头的整体寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明本实用新型的具体实施方式,如图1、图2所示,一字形锥度连接钎头包括合金片1和钎头体2,二者用中频焊焊接为整体,合金片1为工作部,凿岩时承受的冲击功一般在0.4MPa左右,所钻岩石级别为f=14。因而选用密度14.6g/cm3,硬度为HRA87.6,抗弯强度2700N/mm2的合金,钎头体2工作时需适应复杂的交变机械应力,选用综合机械性良好的合金结构钢22SiMnNi2CrMo材料制造。钎头体2一头为110°圆锥体,用专用夹具加工,椎体尖端制有合金槽,槽中安装合金片1,二者用中频焊焊接,合金片外形与圆锥体外形一致,圆锥后部为圆柱体,圆柱体内部制有内孔,端头一段孔为4°圆锥孔4,圆柱体上靠近圆锥体处制有斜向水孔3,用专用钻模加工,水孔3与内孔相通。

1.一种一字形锥度连接钎头,其特征在于该钎头包括钎头体(2)和合金片(1),钎头体(2)的一头为圆锥体,圆锥体上制有合金槽,合金槽中安装合金片(1),二者用中频焊接焊为一体,圆锥体后部为圆柱体,圆柱体部分制有内孔,端头的一段孔为圆锥孔,圆柱体上制有斜向水孔(3),水孔与内孔相通。
2.如权利要求1所述的钎头,其特征在于钎头体(2)的一头为110°圆锥体。
3.如权利要求1所述的钎头,其特征在于圆柱体端头一段孔为4°圆锥孔。
