本实用新型的目的在于克服上述缺陷，对现有的铝包木内开窗复合扇料结构加以改进，设计一种可以加工成一种铝包木外开窗的复合扇料。
其技术是这样实现的：包括纯木扇料、尼龙卡件、固定螺钉以及铝合金型材，其特征在于：尼龙卡件通过固定螺钉间隔固定在纯木扇料上，尼龙卡件的凸边扣入铝合金型材上设有的卡槽内，然后将尼龙卡件在铝合金型材的卡槽内旋转90°。
实施该技术后的明显优点和效果是：可以加工成铝包木外开窗，室外为抗腐蚀铝合金型材，其抗风压性能达到4.5kpa以上，室内为纯木效果给人一种温馨质朴的感觉，受到消费者的青睐。
