目前，国内铝包木门窗框料均为内开复合框料，仅能加工成内开窗，加工铝包木外开窗时却无法实现，特别是我国南方一带外开窗的占有比例还比较大，塑钢外开窗以及铝合金外开窗远远满足不了消费者的需求。

本实用新型的目的在于克服上述缺陷，对现有的铝包木内开窗复合框料结构加以改进，设计一种可以加工成一种铝包木外开窗的复合框料。
其技术是这样实现的：包括纯木框料、尼龙卡件、固定螺钉以及铝合金型材，其特征在于：尼龙卡件通过固定螺钉间隔固定在纯木框料上，尼龙卡件的凸边扣入铝合金型材上设有的卡槽内，尼龙卡件在铝合金型材的卡槽内旋转90°。
实施该技术后的明显优点和效果是：可以加工成铝包木外开窗，室外为抗腐蚀铝合金型材，其抗风压性能达到4.5kpa以上，室内为纯木效果给人一种温馨质朴的感觉，受到消费者的青睐。
